Big wind to no wind 👎🏼

Leaving Tangier for home after a slightly terrifying escape from the slip. Crazy wind!

The wind kicked up overnight, so we pretty much didn’t sleep. I was convinced our lines would snap, and we would wake up adrift in the middle of the bay 😬

Had to stop off in Crisfield for the night due to high winds. We got caught in a small rain shower during our motor in. Had the lines out hoping for a fish 🤞🏼

Morning alarm! Setting sail soon for Tangier!

Wind was blowing 30kt the next day, so we stayed an extra day at empty Spring Cove. Had the whole chilly pool to ourselves as you can see, followed by a beautiful sunset.

Tenacious took a huge wave over the bow that busted our eisenglass. Utilized this lovely lacroix box for a temporary fix.

Ended the night with champagne and wedding cake for our 1-year anniversary!
