Galaxia’s true purpose before she allied with Chaos was to act as a sort of ‘police force’ for Senshi which is why she has the ability to take their Sailor Crystals. Should a Senshi turn on their planet or otherwise 'go rogue’ Galaxia was supposed to stop them, either by enlisting a Senshi capable of purification, or by removing their Sailor Crystal and taking it to the Star Garden instead of letting it be reborn via the Galaxy Cauldron.

Usagi agreed to enroll in political faculty on Mamoru’s advice. She also secretly enrolled in art and writing classes. When she graduated, she drew and published her first shojo manga in the Nakayoshi magazine. It was a big hit. Readers fell in love with her beautiful art style, charming stories of magic, adventure and love and charismatic characters. And she was so fond of being a mangaka that she continued to draw even when she became a queen. No one even suspected that Neo Queen Serenity was hiding under the pseudonym “Tsukino Usagi”.
