i have been freaking out about this for the past half hour now. as someone who spends a loooot of time writing about the way people look at each other (especially those two), i genuinely cannot overstate how incredibly telling oscar's gaze softening is to me.

he starts off looking kind of grumpy, but then the way he looks up at lando... oh my god. genuinely. I don't know how I'm supposed to deal with this
