Björk photographed by Nobuyoshi Araki for the artwork of Telegram (1996).
Björk’s 1995 album Post.
Scanned these images from the CD case that included a poster and mini photobook. This was Björk’s second album and is definitely a fan favorite for the Icelandic singer. The theme of the album was the post as when Björk was growing up she kept in touch with much of her friends and family through mailing letters. Paul White of Me Company, the agency in charge of the albums packaging design, recommended she pose with massive postcards around her. Björk is featured wearing a coat by Hussein Chalayan, matching the postal theme, photographed by Stephane Sednaoui. Martin Gardiner created the 3D model of the lotus flower while Craig Hewitt designed the iconic logo for her name.
