1.The purpose of submitting a video in my writing class to work with media. 2.How I compose a message first I choose my audience and see how can I create the purpose. 3. Because the video is media have images, videos and illustrate the purpose and the message to the media. Plus it's informative. 4. For the video it was really difficult because of the images and opinions that we were finding on internet, but it the end it worked fine.

I support therapeutic abortion because women that are risking their during their pregnancy should have that decision to make. Also for women who have been raped and sexually abused need to have the decision to abort because they were abused. Women should make a petition for women to make therapeutic abortion and sexually abused abortion legal because first of all women are risking their life and second because they did my decided to be pregnant, they were sexually abused. #rws

One obstacle that I think our group will encounter is our time because some of us work and the others are involved in sports.

Some of my concerns is our time because during the summer I had a negative experience for a group project with one of my teammates. She live  far from UTEP (just like me), and sometimes she wanted to meet when we did not have time. I told her to do her part because she wanted to put all the information possible, but she was extremely informative and the day of the presentation our professor stopped us because she talked a lot and put a lot of information that was not needed.

Writing the literature was the harder thing ever! I was really confused and my topic was really complicated. Honestly i’m really scare... I was following the instructions but still if I did something wrong my paper won’t not make sense.

The patterns that you can find in the research methodology is a book. This book explains since when abortion began and all the effects that this brought to todays society. Also the other sources: books, website, image and interview. It was really hard for me to find a book about abortion to answer my questions.

I think methodology works to helps a little bit because somethings the articles were long and the majority of the time did not answered the questions or a least gave information. It may help if you are not doing a literal review or if you only want to not certain information and is not necessary to explain as the literal review.

For question for three I choose a gift because I know many of us struggled with writing, questions, sources, APA citations and much more. Now that we finished the harder part of the semester I think we are relief and much happier than ever!!!! WE ARE DONE!! YEY!!!!!

My plan of action for my primary source is going to be an interview. 

I’m planning to interview a women or teenager that have committed abortion or a professor in UTEP in the medical field involved in abortion, babies, helping women. 

So she or he can tell me more about abortion, can be able to answer my questions and can tell me about what have been some experiences in abortion from testimonies from women.

Then after interview I now I’ll be frustrated on how to make my essay perfect.

Then after 3 hours of being frustrated I’ll start my essay hoping to have a great essay!

Some obstacles that I’m encountering for the literature review assignments are the questions on how to not make it simple. Also on what type of information to put and if the audience will get the message that I’m trying to send.

I think that the Literature Review Assignment need to be really specific and informative. I’m really nervous for this assignment because I don’t want to get a bad grade because I was not really specific or because I didn’t do something correctly...

1. What are the complexities of using genres?

The complexities of using genres is something really important when we are going to start writing an essay. The genres that we (as the writers) decide to write has to have a purpose, topic sentence, context and audience. We have to be able to analyze our audience. The writer and the reader will have totally two different point of views. We have to know the three genres: oral, iconographic and typographic in oder to be a better understanding of the genres.

2.How does studying genres impact your writing?

Studying genres impacts our writing in many ways for example, the writer can have an specific purpose and by following the genres the writing can make be made as clear purpose to the audience by putting more information.

3.What is the value of studying and/or writing about genres?

The studying of genres and writing makes understandable the purpose and message that we are trying to send to our reader.

4.Select one of the question listed and explain the rhetorical choices you made towards answering the question.

I chose picture number 3 in order to show how understanding the rhetorical situation is important when creating a purpose and creating the message for the reader because it’s really hard to convince sometimes reader of your point of view even when you have evidence to prove them that they are wrong readers would misunderstand the message . Also when you are trying to pursue something readers won’t understand because is too much information or because they have already set their point of view that they don’t want to change no matter what.
