You’re asking him to choose between something dead and something useless. “Robots.” well, maybe they are kind of cool.

☆ ■ ■ ■ — How many times must this, oh so great, heroine should kick this blasted ol’ door open? Three? Ten? Twelve? Such actions have been made multiple times already that she already lost count, d’oh! Alright, one more attack, but let’s finish it off with a great move - Haha! Just like a video game! You know that they say, thirteen times the charm — uh…wait, that doesn’t sound quite right. Her colourful mind was in full concentration, completely oblivious to her surroundings as she began to take in one deep breath and took her stance, ready to charge towards the [ locked ] door. "Ready! Aim! CHAAAARRRGGGEE — " With that being said, she ran with all of her might and expected a hard [ and slightly painful ] impact. But no - all thanks with the intrusion of a blue haired stranger, the great heroine suddenly stumbled forward as she entered the faculty and almost fell onto a nearby table, dropping a few books in the process. "W- WOAH!" she yelped as she quickly placed the pile of books to the teacher’s desk, before her good luck and fortune ran out today. "Man, those sure were H-E-A-V-Y! I thought I was gonna die! Haha!"
The door was opened. The heroine got in the final stage of the quest and delivered the goods. Mission…success? That means she can finally go home, right? But who barged in her predicament, though? After patting down her hands to her dress just to wipe away the dust, she placed her hands on her hips as her complete attention went towards the male standing outside. For a good five minutes, there was a long and awkward silence between the two teens — …well, exclude the random group of birds outside, that cooed oh so softly, as they passed through the window of the said empty room - talk about dramatic, huh? "AAAHHH!" Mon broke the silence with a loud gasp of surprise and pointed her finger to his face. "YOU! You’re the one who opened that big meanie door for me, didn’t ya?! DIDN’T YA!? I’m right, right?! Well, my name is not really Right - I meant that if I’m correct in my guesses. Hehehe~"
Enthusiasm has always been one of the girl’s main traits for being — well, Mon Mirine, herself! Not even waiting for the boy to finish the reply, the brave little heroine beamed, her eyes beginning to twinkle and shine from curiosity as she marched towards the said stranger, observing and taking in every detail from top to bottom - Those eyes. That hair. She swore that his appearance reminds her of one of her best friends - but the aura seems different. “Hmmm~ Saaaaayy - I’ve never meetcha in my whole life, haven’t I? You don’t look familiar. Have we met before? No. No. That’s super duper silly, huh?” Extending hand for a handshake, her small face split into a bright grin. “Thanks for the help! Gosh, you’re a life saver! How about I’d get ya somethin’ in return? It’ll be my treat! What’d ya saaayy~? Yes? Yes!” Such a chattery little thing.

❝Um...❞
It's so awkward. For a moment, Sai considered helping her with the fallen books — actually, that was the plan — but this girl... she was just so spontaneous. Yeah, that was the word for it. The polite way of saying it. Before Sai knew it, she was already dumping her books, done with her job, and acting unnaturally proud of herself. Wow. Would this maybe be a good place way to part ways...? He couldn't really think of what use he would be, but he had suspicions that it would be rude. She didn't look the type for simple good-byes. But then again, what did he know? They only just met anyway... It would be rash to make any assumptions like that. Idiot.
❝Yeah, guess that was me.❞
—— the choppiness of the conversation felt forced. Or maybe it's just him. But to be honest, this girl was a bit... (what's the nice way of saying it..?) more energetic than the average person. She probably had enough enthusiasm to make up for his lack of it. In other words, it's not necessarily an ideal balance between the two. But he didn't want to be rude, so he decided that the best line of action would be to scratch his neck, ignore the weird bits, and reply as needed.
❝But to be honest, it wasn't much. The door wasn't locked anyway, so...❞ It's funny that the moment his voice trailed off, she had another topic in mind. Spontaneous was right.
There she went, talking about "returns" and "treats." But to be honest, he didn't see his actions as "heroic" or anything. Any normal person would have helped, right...? Besides, Sai was more interested in the former bit — had they met before? He would have remembered an aura like this, for sure. Unless if this spirit was an on-off thing, but it wasn't likely. Hh... An enigma indeed. But he does have one idea as to why she might have thought of him as familiar.
Cheh. Who would have thought she was so popular, huh..? ( actually, a lot of people would. the question itself is dumb. )
❝Yurika Sayu,❞ he finally announced. ❝Sayu's my sister. You probably met her before, and that's why.❞
—— he wouldn't be surprised. It happened more often than you'd expect.

Stormy weather today. That means outside practice will have to be postponed. He had fed the strays outside earlier and set up a makeshift shelter for them, so now there is not much to do but return home. No doubt his parents will be frustrated by the weather and the canceling of plans.
But this type of rain... It's kind of nice, isn't it?
..Or maybe it's just him.

☆ ■ ■ ■ — Majority of the student body has left the school grounds, creating a perfect image similarly to a ghost town by the moment the after-school bell had rung hours ago. Light from the setting sun trickled through the windows, setting an orange hue to the broad empty hallway. The folds of a girl’s skirt bounced lightly as the young brunette strode down across the said road with a mountain of textbooks stacked so high was currently being carried and clutched tight. As much as she hates to admit it, this heroic task of delivery to the faculty room was such a challenge, she kept leaning from left to right to balance the weight, trying not to fall over and taking a peek of her mysterious path — Gosh! Why does she have to do this in the first place?!
"This is your punishment for your tardiness this morning, Miss Mirine. And also for breaking the school's property. Learn how to behave like a proper young lady for heaven's sake."
Oh, right — it was a stict order from that hot headed monster teacher. Disobey and the great heroine would face much more challenging and troublesome consequences. Guh, simply just the thought made the young heroine gave out a frustrated sigh — Seriously, what’s with the people in this place, honestly? Don’t they know the meaning of fun or are they just taking life a bit too serious.
Mon finally stood before the entrance of the school’s faculty room just for a few minutes with confusion obviously written all over her small face. She swore that there was nothing, but complete silence from the other side. Has everyone left? She called and yelled for any source of life at the other side, but no one’s opening the door for her. What?! This can’t be! Where would she leave these heavy textbooks then!? Don’t tell me all of this walking and overtime at school was all for nothing!? "AAAAAHHHHH~~ Come on, open— Open!! GAH!" Not even thinking of the possibility that the entrance to the faculty is not actually locked in the first place, the great heroine began kicking the door several times, expecting that it would cooperate and magically open for her — don’t tell me she’s going to end up accidentally breaking another property of the school!?

Noisy.
That's the vibe he is getting. To hear the yells and pouts of a kid first thing in the morning —- how tiring. And yet it would probably be bad to leave her alone like that. No way. It would be troublesome to get involved, especially given his social skills, but the thought of someone being in trouble and him not helping... He submits to guilt too easily.
Ah... And he was supposed to report early to school today to help Sayu with a project. But the sight of a girl standing outside all alone with a bunch of books (?) in hand... If no one does anything to help her, will she stay there forever, kicking and shouting? ...So noisy. Sayu is probably waiting for him, maybe getting a bunch of her friends to help her since she really is the more social of the two. But his thoughts still dart back to the idea of the other girl being outside pouting forever —- well, not 'forever' forever, but a long time. He can't just leave her, can he?
❝Oi... Do you need help with anything?❞
And he ended up involved anyway. Sai approached her, still cautious of whatever antics she was trying to accomplish. ...Open up? Did she perhaps expect the door to open if she asked it to? Unless it was a magical door, but that's kind of...silly. Huh... The boy's hand goes to the door handle and turns it. Aaa...and...
❝...It opened?❞
i just feel happy so lets eat!!! (and uh with rice of course)

She’s always so spontaneous, but it appears that that's not going to change. He doesn't mind the silence, but the silence seems to always leave when she’s there.
But it’s not necessarily a bad thing; his expression just never seems to change from bored.

Prying her keen mind on his activities in a manner too swift seems to not let Sai adapt to it even so many times it occurred — that it cannot be counted by hand.a little too curious.
‶Eh? We could keep it a secret, brother.″
Besides, cats were cute. However, the possible rookie kitten have made its way out; and thus now impossible.
◣☁◥ ;̷ —
It's funny how she could propose ideas like secrets and always get away with whatever actions she does; there is something about her that makes her able to do that kind of thing.
❝They would find out.❞
Ambiguous pronoun referring to their parents with all due respect for their ability to keep a strict household. There is zero tolerance for antics like pet-smuggling. Even if Sayu could get away with it, the keeping secrets part felt like too much work.
Still seated, gaze shifts from the cat's no-longer-visible hide-out to her. The sun makes the task difficult so he won't look her in the eyes; he almost never does with most people.
❝...Besides, it's gone now. There's no point in it.❞
