Again, just like my other Sakamoto post from a while back, he doesn’t get much recognition and appreciation. He loves the Joui 4 so much, he appreciates them so god damn much he’d do anything for them and for them to be happy, going back to those old days again. He is honest to god one of the most kindest characters that he genuinely, GENUINELY loves them so much. He is so selfless. My other post about him proves it so just like this.

@galaghiel made this absolutely adorable and perfect fan art for my canon-divergent fic Onward. This is from a scene in the 3rd chapter in which Sakamoto and Zura visit Nobunobu in the hospital (cause in my fic, he lives) and OMG the details here are super accurate (including the movies!). This is exactly how I imagined the scene. Sakamoto’s silly laugh, Zura still being skeptical, and Nobunobu looking tired but happy. I cried when I saw this art. I know, I’m such a sap, but I truly loved it. <3 <3 <3

Good evening.

Apologies for the brief disappearance. The original mod, Tay, decided to leave Tumblr on sudden notice awhile back and entrusted me with the blog. I just now got around to this, however.

This blog is going to go under maintenance soon. It needs a new theme and updated tags, for starters. Sakamoto Tatsuma Week 2018 is still a go but needs a revamp, so it will most likely be pushed back to July instead of June. I might even recruit more mods so something like this doesn’t happen again.

Tay wanted me to say that they thank you guys for your support, but it’s time they move on! So it’s my turn now.
