Marvellous Designer for Sims 4

Hi!! I need some help :( I’ve never made CC before so i have no idea how to make it a “.package”  I’m using Marvellous Designer 5, I’ve made a few outfits but no idea how to make it into Sims 4  I’ve looked up tutorials but it just gets me confused. I’d understand how to do it if someone made a video of it being done, I’d just be able to copy how it’s done  If anyone can help, please contact me
