This is me, for anyone who wanders by my blog for whatever reason. I like drawing, occult sciences, pain’s place in spiritual practice, parapsychology, pompompurin, tattooing/being tattooed, piercings, demonology, and idk probably the effects of dru/g/s and the potential for treating different illnesses with them. Please talk to me about stuff like this.

I think people would be less suicidal if they were allowed to talk about being suicidal without risk of being sent to the Torture Dungeon
If you're in the US, you absolutely can talk about your suicidal thoughts without being involuntarily committed. You'd have to actually discuss a feasible plan for killing yourself ("yes I have a gun and I'm going to shoot myself tonight") for their alarm bells to start ringing. If you're feeling suicidal, please don't hesitate to talk to someone about it. There's free hotlines and crisis centers as well if you can't access therapy.
That’s not how it works though.
And telling people they can do that is going to get someone hurt.
If a provider decides you’re a threat to yourself or others you can get held.
Not getting sent over there depends on the provider’s experience/comfort with people who experience these thoughts.
To avoid ending up in an involuntary stay situation it’s better to be overly cautious.

What do people expect to happen when someone feels like they’re being punished for their honesty? If you answered “not be honest”, then you’re so correct, jfc.
There have to be non carceral ways available to respond to a crisis in the making.
So, instead of making a fear or liability based decision that may even leave the patient with worse or new trauma from an involuntary stay at a facility— the patient should be an active part of their own treatment, so they can get the most situationally appropriate treatment they need and deserve. ♥️

I didn’t want to draw my tattoos, so just pretend both arms are completely covered, minus my hands.
I actually have no idea how to draw tattoos on when I draw people and have them actually look right.

body hair is hot, stretch marks are hot, big/ prominent noses are hot, crooked teeth are hot, tummies are hot. not in a 'you can have these things and be hot despite it' but in a these things make someone specifically extremely hot type of way. can anyone hear me. im going insane
