He snapped at Rei after being asked that, it was somewhat astonishing to him that Rei even said that

(at this point, there's just tears running down their cheeks, their hands clenching.)
Seriously?? Max has to deal with those weird zombie-vampire things- and your saying he kills innocent people?? Most aren't that innocent if they're trying to BITE HIS FACE OFF!!
they didn't CHOOSE to be like that. they're just trying to SURVIVE, guppy, it's not their fault!
It seemed so out of nowhere when he suddenly tackled Rei with a growl, saliva dripping down his chin while his eye faded to this ghostly white as he beared his sharp, charcoal black teeth
(on instinct, they grab him by the scruff of his neck and hold him away from them, pissed to the point that their normally bright yellow eyes were brown)
NO. YOU'RE NOT DOING THIS RIGHT NOW.
Any sort of sign of humanity seemed to have left as he snarled while trying to grab at Rei, attempting to pull away from being held by the scruff of his neck like he was a mere animal
(unconsciously, they dig their fingers more into the scruff of his neck, not to hurt him but to try and get him under control)
He immediately screeched out in pain when feeling their nails dig into his neck, desperately trying to get out of the slightly painful grasp
(instantly, they drop him and gently nudge him away with their foot, wiping their hand on their jeans before starting to walk over to their bedside table to grab a hidden away bottle of whiskey. normally they didn't drink around other people, but........ it didn't seem like guppy would mind.)
He let out these gross sounding coughs as if there was a bunch of mucus clogging it, his gaze darted to the floor for a moment before he began to slowly sneak over to Rei like an animal hunting it's prey
(they unscrewed the cap from the bottle and tilted it back, chugging about a third of it in one go. with a small groan, they slam it back down on the table, the sound making them flinch slightly. they then turn around and look down at guppy, sitting down on the edge of their bed with an angry, annoyed expression.)
what're you gonna do, huh? kill me? think i'm fockin' scared'a you? huh??
He snarls again before just launching himself at Rei, trying to tackle them again with this sort of hungry expression while saliva continued to escape his lips
(they automatically catch him and toss him back at the ground, snarling to themself as they take another swig of their whiskey.)
whatever. i'm not scared'a you, y'know.
*barges in* Woah...what's happening???

He just smiles while acting like he actually understood the incoherent sounds, as if Meron was saying real words
he squeals happily and continues his rambling babbling.

He smiles, keeping Meron securely in that hug as he just listened
he squishes into the hug more and keeps making noises
He just listened but giggled when suddenly being squished, still smiling at Meron as he listened to the incoherent sounds
he looks the happiest hes ever been
He just smiled even more seeing how happy Meron seemed, the hug got a tiny bit tighter but not too tight
He smiles and lets go
Huh..why'd you let go??
he shrugs and hugs them again, lifting them up slightly

He seemed super stunned by being suddenly picked up, giggling at the sudden action
He laughs and spins Guppy
He squeals like a kid in a candy store as he's spun around, smiling brightly as he began to giggle
he spins Guppy more and tosses him in the air laughing (something he thought he couldnt do)
He squeals even more as he's tossed up into the air, Merons actions somewhat making him feel like a child
He carries Guppy to an abandoned school and deposits him in a nest made of furniture and blankets and puts him down near Sally @salthecat69.

He seemed a tad bit confused, but waved at Sally while not exactly understanding where he was
