Sun saying “It was never about that” is actually so important. In our society it’s almost expected that when a guy does something for a girl he does it because he wants to get with her. Half the fandom suspected that was the only reason Sun helped Blake. But here Sun outright tells us that he didn’t help Blake because he has a crush on her. He did it because she’s a friend and needed help, and he’d do it again, even if he knew he doesn’t have any chance to ever be with her like that, even if he didn’t even have a crush on her. Sun is a good boy who doesn’t just help a girl because he expects romance in return, and I’m very glad they’ve made that very clear.

It’s okay if you don’t like certain ships in the fandoms, that’s fine. Just don’t be an asshole about.

I don’t like any ships in the fandoms I’m apart of because I’m not there for that. The shipping community of any fandoms can give them bad rep but I know there are good people in there who at least try to police the complicated ones.

But for example if the ship you don’t like contains two characters of the same sex or two characters who are of a different race/ethnicity from each other. It’s okay to not like them if you don’t think those characters don’t mix well or you want them to be paired with someone else.

Just for the sake of your well being don’t go “I don’t like that ship because they’re a same sex couple” or “I don’t like that ship because they’re an inter racial couple”.

Come on it’s 2019, those types of relationships should be normalized.

The only thing different between a gay, a lesbian, a bi, a trans, and a straight person is the other person they want to be with.

The one thing we all share is LOVE and COMPASSION for our partners.

So please don’t be an ignorant person and be mindful of what you say. It’s tough out here already, don’t make it harder.

I watched the V7 Premiere and I was generally surprised with the events that took place which is a shock since I wasn’t excited for the new Volume as I have been for previous ones, but if Jacques Schnee doesn’t get his ass beat in the next chapters to come then what are we even doing here.

A Letter To The FNDM:

I've recently been inactive on this account and many of you may think it's because of the show's Hiatus.

However that's not it. I have been in mourning recently. My closest online friend Cleo recently passed away, due to toxic bullies in this fandom. She was a fan of the show since Volume 2 came out and loved to make theories, fanart and fanfics on her blog. But she was terribly harassed by members of this fandom for shipping Nightcap/Omens (Blake x Qrow).

I made this blog for her, she couldn't Photoshop very well and wanted my help to make some Manips of her ship. I agreed, since I love her and I came to love her ship. She would support me and she felt safe and loved over her ship where she was used to feeling hate.

She came to me 3 months ago with disgusting anon asks, horrifying messages and even hate posts on Dicord chats made towards her.

These people were calling her a wh*re, a r*pist's puppet, a c*mslut and many disgusting things just because she was a shipper.

I understand some people don't like older/younger relationships, for very valid reasons, but that does NOT give you the right to drive someone to end their life.

Cleo suffered from Depression, Autism and PTSD but she was a bright light and the sweetest angel you could of had the pleasure to talk to. I miss her everyday and will never forget how she made me feel, how she was always there for me and how she will always be present on this blog.

I will NOT stop making Omens posts, for Cleo. I will NOT stop shipping Omens, for Cleo. And I will NOT tolerate bullying in this fandom, for Cleo.

I beg you, if you see a post/ship that you don't like, stay in your lane and ignore it. Don't you DARE harass the artist/blogger/writer just because YOU don't like pairing or post.

In honour of Cleo I am here for anyone who is suffering, anyone who is being harassed and anyone who feels alone. I am here forever. I don't care if we don't know each other, I am here.

It’s okay to disagree

Hey it’s okay if you don’t like the ships of the show just don’t be an asshole about it.

I don’t like most of the ships for RWBY and other shows but I’m not gonna go out of my way to tell every single person who likes those ships that I don’t like them.

It’s rude to willingly comment on how you don’t like certain ships within a show because those ships probably represent and mean something to those who are invested in them.

Basically it’s okay to not like something and for the sake of yours and others try to express yourself only when asked about it.

Even then just clearly state why you disagree with the pairing and be done with it, don’t gotta drag it out. Your answer doesn’t need to satisfy the person or people who asked you, as long as it satisfies yourself.

And hopefully your answer doesn’t contain any “rude” language then you’ll just look like an asshole.

SPOILER: Of Ghosts and Phantoms

In the new Operation Oracle you meet Walker, a Former Ghost Team Leader. Now you’ll find out why he’s here and why he’s doing what he’s doing and the way he is.

Once you complete it and if you’re familiar with Ghost Recon Lore then you know that in the future a group called The Phantoms, which are comprised of former Ghost Members who have been wronged by the Govt and Country they fought to protect.

Just think about that group when you meet Walker.

RWBY Volume 7 Spoiler Alert

The whole premier of Chapter 1 is everyone including Oz (comes back just for this) beating Jacques ass.

The Hiatus is going well

Upside a lot of people are celebrating and the Bees along with many others have taken the Cowboy AU/ Pirate Blake and have already turned it into their current religion. I still haven’t seen a Brokeback Mountain joke yet and I am not clever enough to make one.

Downside Vic got fried from RT due to some allegations and accusations of sexual harassment. For many fans it’s a very tough spot right now cause as many love Vic and praise him for his numerous roles in the VA Industry there are also many who want to see him punished for these crimes he may or may not have committed.

Personally I guess you can say I am bias cause I grew up watching Dubs and FMAB is one of my top faves and it does saddens me to see the situation Vic has found himself in.

I can see how many people see Vic as a sexual harasser and I can see how many people see Vic as a caring VA who loves his fans.

I hope these allegations aren’t true and Vic’s life is not all ruined by them and if they are true then I hope he takes responsibility for them and in the Future he will be more aware of his interactions with his fans.

BlackSun or Bumbleby?

Just like any ship I’m all for it just as long as it isnt forced or ruin characters.

I mean everything that’s been shown of the two ships have been basically Ship Bait.

V1-V3 had a mix of the two.

V4-5 had more BlackSun with a slice of Illia.

V6 had more Bumbleby.

Watch V7 they’re gonna swing to left field and introduce a new character to ship bait with Blake, Sun and Yang.

MAYBE THEYRE GONNA GIVE US A MALE LOVE INTEREST FOR YANG AND SUN? OR ANOTHER FEMALE? I DONT KNOW! THE WRITERS LOVE MAKING US GO CRAZY.

All I’m saying is the Shipping Community (which by the way makes up most of this Fandom) has been baited so hard that they’ll take an inch and reblog for miles.

I mean I’m more into the story, but holy hell I can’t escape the never ending sea of Ships on the Horizon.

Like I’m just a little Story Boat cruising through the water and I can hear the drums of war in the distance and I know it’s too late for once you hear the sound you’re apart of it.

So if BlackSun and Bumbleby are the top ships in the FNDM then does that mean Blake is technically the most popular character in the show?

*checks current top RWBY tags*

*LOTS OF BEES*

*deduces that the cycle will continue every time certain ships get a lot of screen time*

*bunkers down and waits till October to see what Ship(s) will be top next*

Villains of Marvel probably had a discussion on which Hero is the most annoying to fight.

But not in the sense of the power or abilities, but just pure annoyance.

After a long debate I bet they concluded that Spider-Man was the one.

I hate it when people complain to Fan Fic writers on how they write V1-V3 Yang. Like yeah she’s a tough party girl, but she’s also a tough party girl who can rock your world in more ways than one.

It’s not till in the middle of V3 and onwards when we get a complete 180 of her personality.

In short: The Yang from V1-V3 was a happy go lucky badass who had so much confidence it burned like the sun.

The Yang we have now is maturing and is slowly showing us how she was like back then.

Is it true that many Fans are dropping RWBY? I mean sure I find some of the things questionable, but I hopped on the ride and I usually stay on till the last stop.

I know some reasons people are dropping the series, but if someone could kindly explain it clearly.
