The Naco, serves 5-6
Remember in Kim Possible how Ron, Kim, Monique, and Rufus would hang out at Bueno Nacho and Ron would make himself the Naco? It’s the combination of a taco and nachos. To make this easy dish all you will need is:
-20oz ground meat (I used Jennie-O seasoned ground turkey) -Tortilla chips (preferably triangle shaped) -Nacho cheese (home made or store bought) -The largest tortillas you can find at your store -Chopped lettuce and tomatoes Take one large tortilla and lightly heat it, do not make it crispy as it needs to fold up. Add a small layer of nacho cheese as your base. Then pile up the tortilla using the tortilla chips, cheese, ground meat, and lettuce/tomatoes. Then take two corners and fold them up. You can use nacho cheese to paste the two ends together, or sour cream or even guacamole. The other two sides should be gently folded up. Enjoy!
For any questions on this DIY feel free to ask! More DIYs coming your way!

Touring Europe by Bike with @tristanbogaard
To keep up with Tristan’s two-wheeled #bergentobergen adventure, follow @tristanbogaard on Instagram.
“When you’re born Dutch, you learn cycling from a young age, and will most certainly develop a common love for it,” says Tristan Bogaard (@tristanbogaard), a 22-year-old photographer making a 7,500-mile (12,000-kilometer) trip across 12 countries in Europe by bike. Tristan caught the cycling bug after making a two-wheeled journey across the US from New York to Los Angeles with his brother, but on returning to the Netherlands he realized there are many beautiful journeys closer to home.
His route will pass through the Amalfi Coast in Italy and the forests of Norway, ending in Bergen. Cycling for about four hours a day, Tristan stops to take photos and fuel up on fruits, nuts and water. “Riding a bicycle is the perfect way to see the world — it’s faster than walking, carries your luggage and is able to stop and go where cars and other vehicles can’t.”
Ahead of each stop, Tristan connects with local Instagrammers, and uses the Warm Showers network to find places to stay within the cycling community. “Whenever I find an Instagrammer that has photos I like — and have put their place of living in their description box — I make a screenshot and save it. Throughout the journey I’ll send them a message when I’m getting closer to their location, to ask if they’re up for a coffee or even an InstaMeet.”
Tristan says he has made incredible friends through Instagram. “If it wasn’t for Instagram, this might very well never have happened,” he says. “The roads are sometimes long and boring, but always end in greater company than you’d expected there to be.”

Seeing Musical Landscapes Through the Eyes of Young Photographer, @wikingens
For more urban and rural scenes around Stockholm, Sweden, follow @wikingens on Instagram.
“#Hellomynameis Felix Pomo (@wikingens) and I’m a 16-year-old photographer from Stockholm. I’m always trying to show the world the way I see it. My photography is very personal — it resembles who I am and what I see. There are so many things we take for granted and don’t notice. As a kid, I always played by the lake or in the woods, but never realized it could be so beautiful.
The music I listen to inspires me. Since I study music in school, I come across a lot of interesting and beautiful music every day. Many of my Instagram captions are song lyrics from the songs I listened to when I took those particular shots. I also get inspired from the different types of environments around me. I live in the suburbs, where I am close to nature, but study in the city, where I see a lot of architecture. For that reason, my feed is a mix of urban and rural shots.
This is the reason I love photography, because we all have different ways of seeing the same things. Everything I do, I do it wholeheartedly. I take photos, play music, exercise and work hard in school to achieve my goals. I sometimes feel very stressed because of all my activities, but I could never stop since they’re a big part of who I am.”
