Spring break has been nice. We took the kids to the Parthenon in Nashville. Loved them asking so many questions and how genuinely interested in learning they were. Can't wait to go again, in the meantime some photos one of the kids took.

I've made a headstart with reading this month & I went to the gym even though I have had a rough migraine week. It was WORTH it. Plus my little voidlings are becoming closer & closer. If anyone likes Scum Villain or just hearing CB & I discuss books check us out:

Decided to spoil myself with my saved up allowance and FINALLY bought myself the vol 2 & 3 of HOOKY! Now to use self control and work instead of reading.

Post date night and I'm working on my TBR for bookclubs this month. Tomorrow is a Wip Wednesday and I'm looking forward to some revisions.

Ya Sam was fighting that stomach flu, but she is back. C.B. Ferrenz & Laura Nettles stepped in to fill my spot during Stream #1, but I'm like 95% certain I will be everywhere else. Stop in. ^^

It's been two years since I was able to hit the gym. Kinda sucks to be reminded that I can't do the regimen I had worked up to. But hey, this is a better start than the first time. #healthjourney

Day 12 of Yule and the first day of the new year! We played games at my mom's house and I started rereading this baby. I can't wait to talk about it Saturday with @cbferrenz during our Boon Talk. I hope everyone stops in the livestream.

Day 11 of Yule and my final post of 2024. This year has had the lowest lows I've handled in many years. But the highs were rewarding and life was pretty steady. I'm grateful to my fam, friends, and community for all the understanding and support this year. Love you all and look forward to our next year. Sharing our new year dinner. <3

Day 10 of Yule: Storms continued to murder me, but reading continued, as well as making travel plans so I can work Ichiban soon. I am excited and also dreading how out of shape I will be. The kids did their own thing while Chris & I binging Dan da Dan.

Catch-up post: Day 9 of Yule I was supposed to stream with Alyce, but the storms kicked my booty and I spent most of the day sleeping and reading stuff for Year of Fav's readathon. Including thus angst mofo from Sword of Darkness. I really want to reread the novel now.

Catch-up posts: Day 8 of Yule, we went to a 'Noon-day' celebration and picked up some books from.the library. The rest of the day we just relaxed and did our own things. Holiday time is great for family time, but we all still need space to unwind and recoop.

Day 7 of Yule and well, I forgot to take a picture before the whip cream and everything melted into it. XD

Today was chill, we hung around the house, made super cocoa, and we watched Chris try out Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion-which was hilarious. I would love to hear about y'all's holidays.

Day 6 of Yule we went to see Sonic 3 and went out to eat for I think the last time this year? Halfway through Yule and we have been having a lot of family time - as well as taking time to ourselves which is also very important.

Dolls were made on the dolldivine Sonicsona maker... I tried. XD

Day 5 of Yule, we made cookies & cupcakes to enjoy with our super cocoa tomorrow & watched the Grinch (the one with Jim Carry). This year the kids each made their own batch with minimal adult assistance. They're growing up so fast. <3

I hope the holidays are going well for everyone, whether yall celebrate any or not.
