Cul-De-Sac Challenge!

I am hosting a challenge on my youtube channel, the first ever challenge I have ever done! So excited!! I created this beautiful cul-de-sac, concept was inspired by the new game pack coming out, Parenthood!  I wanted a fun, friendly place for your sims to move in and raise their children and it would have a community feel, such as one you may have in a cul-de-dac atmosphere! 

The speed build is here and rules will be in the description. And besides being able to decorate this beautiful lot, you will be entered into a chance to win the new pack! Deadline for submissions is 5/28! In the meanwhile, check out some screenshots. I am in love with this lot!! It has a neighborhood pool, a fishing lake, a playground, fountain area, and a place for the residents to grow crops!

Custom Content Decor Challenge: Breakfast Nook/Casual Dining & CC!

After the kitchen came the casual dining/breakfast nook! I prefer to call it a casual dining, since it will still accommodate a large family (nook makes me think of a small space for one or two people) and it’s more for quick meals that don’t require the formalities of the other eating area! I regret changing the floor, of course most of the viewers agree, so I’m going to switch it back to original floor from the kitchen episode.

SimCity BuildIt Ultimate Fan Tees

I decided to work on teeshirts for my favorite mobile game, SimCity BuildIt. What started off as, I need a tee for my sim-self for my youtube videos, ended with a package file of 6 tees representing different aspects of the game! I used simlish font for the wording and I love how they came out! So figured I’d share, just in case you have a love for the game too!

Custom Content Decor: Laundry Room CC!

Still decorating this huge custom home of mine with custom content and last week I did the Laundry room! I know it’s not functional, but it’s fun to “pretend” our sims need a laundry room! LOL! Custom Content Decor: Dining Room CC!

I’ve been decorating my custom home room by room on my channel and a bit behind showing screenshots of the rooms and the links on where to find the CC! Custom Content Decor Challenge Part 1: Decorating the Dining Room!

I decorated the dining room of this custom home I build a couple weeks ago, using ShinoKCR’s Art Deco set. It’s so elegant and goes wonderfully with the Vintage Glamour Pack! I’m still going to tweak it some in the weeks to come, but I love how it eventually came out!

Custom Content Decor Challenge: The Floor Plan!

A couple weeks ago I did a speed build for the home I’m planning on decorating primarily in custom content room by room on my channel! I’ve done something similar like this in the past, but never got a chance to finish it, Anyway, check out the speed build here!
