Amagi(Kazunari Ninomiya) brings an ending that no one expected.

Meanwhile, Amagi receives a request for an operation from Kizaki (Toshiaki Megumi), who runs a restaurant chain in South Korea. Saeki (Seiyo Uchino), who is worried about the enormous construction costs of the new hospital that Amagi is designing, proposes to Amagi that he accept the operation on the condition that he invests 5 billion yen in the new hospital.
