Is it just me or when you see mealspo in here iv got no interest in eating "healthy" like i just want to eat a pack of kit kats all day and nothing else why would I waste my calories on cucumber or strawberry's?

Hi, I'm 18 now my bf of 3.5 years just broke up with me im not that sad but it's triggered something inside of me that I can starve and be left alone.
I'm back to 143 but it's fine cause going to do fasts
Was 143lbs this morning. I've lost 3lbs in 4 days. I'm so happy
Weight this morning was down to 144lbs only 2lbs down so far, but I'm happy it's only been three days.
I went to weatherspoons today and got an 8" pepperoni pizza, which was like 500 and sumin calories
And that's all I've had today
My weight went down a pound, so I'm 145lbs now
So we got scales, and I am 146lbs 4lbs overweight. I'm gonna cry. But my mum wants to go to actual restaurants in the weekend I'm going to cry.
This is really random, but as a trans dude, taking birth control was the best decision ever. I got put on it at 13, and I haven't had an actual period in years.
I really hope by the time I get scales, I weigh like 120 lbs? Cause I think rn I'm about 135lbs, but I am 5"3, so that's not that great :(
I binged (ate a normal amount ig) all weekend and Monday but today I decided to eat meals and not try fast so I had two meals which in total came to 530Kcal and I dont feel hungry at all which is good. I think I'm going to try to eat like that more often, still restricting but not binging cause of it
We still don't have scales. idk how to get it. I dont think my bf would be willing to order them for me :(
I've been fasting for 21 hours now, and I'm still not hungry. I did a 36-hour fast, broke it with toast , and started this one.
We don't have any scales, and I can't weigh myself at the gym cause I can't be clothed, so idk if I'm making any progress. My stomach is a lot less bloated, though.

I did a 36-hour fast yesterday and today , and I ate a slice of toast with like low fat jam now fasting again, not feeling hungry at all, though I'm very proud of myself
Just went to the gym i felt so fat i didn't do any high intensity workouts just light cardio for an hour i burned 369kcal and I've eating nothing today.
