I’ve been restricting for 3 days now {eating around 1000 cal.}
I better keep it up. I finally wanna be skinny again.
I miss my sick body so so much, you don’t even know.
I’ve lost 5 kg in a week.
I want to start doing my 10 k - 20k steps again, god it would be so much better if i worked out again, hopefully soon.

I want to lose weight so bad. The last couple of weeks (2-3) have been good with not eating that much. I don’t wanna binge. I’m losing weight and it triggers me that it takes so long to see fast results. We’re staying positive. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, right?
Why can’t I just be skinny?
That’s all I want and I’m trying to eat as less as possible but end up binging. I hate it. Need to control myself again asap.
