I have successfully thrown a tantrum over all of the minor inconveniences in my life that have been slowly driving me up the fucking wall, and as immature as it is I can honestly say I feel so much better.
There really is some therapy in just sitting, bitching, and whining about the shit that has been upsetting you.
Iâm the kind of person who likes to complain for the sake of complaining. Not always sincerely, but I like to bitch, be creative in my minor irritation because it gives me an excuse to think up really absurd shit to say. When itâs something that is stuck in the middle of âabsolutely irrelevantâ and âway too fucking serious for me to handle right now,â I have a hard time deciding how I want to cope.Â
Apparently I just donât really do anything but internalize everything until I go pop. WHICH I DID. And I feel a lot better. Not entirely happy with all the situations that were bothering me but just... you know...Â
I can get back to the grind, I can focus, I can put my head down and work now. I got it. All I needed to do was eat a lot of icecream, bitch at my husband, scream in to my pillow for like the nth time, and play really shitty music REALLY loudly for a bit until I just zenned the fuck out.Â
So I apologize to people like mstigergun and dorotheian who were sort of left in the dark with my irresponsibility. Iâm going to go play some Pokemon, go to sleep, and when I wake up tomorrow work on all the things I owe the two of you. Iâm sorry that Iâve been such a fart the past few weeks.
