I am incredibly proud to say that I have an adventurous baby girl. Luna LOVES all the activities her Papa and I take her on. She loves the outdoors and it doesn't bother her to sweat, get wet, get dirty or go for a bumpy ride. She doesn't even mind being my work out buddy. She is fearless! Dives into the water, gets down with the dogs. All that makes me very happy. I refuse to raise my kids with the idea that sitting in front of a TV is "fun". It's up to us parents to promote healthy living! People ask me, "Are you taking time for yourself? You know you need that." It might be true, in the future, I might need it and if I do, I will take some. But, honestly, right now, I don't. I spend every second with my baby and I am loving it, clearly! I spent my teens and my 20's with myself. I was completely ready to give my daughter all of me (time, mind, energy, body and spirit). I love not missing a beat, always being with her and carrying her around all the time because, I know that it will be like this only for a short time. One day I won't be able to always be there. I am happy that my selfies have turned into ussies! Here is a #beachussie!
