This blog will contain NSFW articles & disturbing themes, as well as religious imagery. I will not be tagging such the religious side of things as it is a given to this blog, if that bothers you, then I do not suggest following. I will tag other upsetting topics however with 'tw' at the beginning & end of the topic in question.

The Verse: The Sanctus verse was created on the basis of the show Hazbin Hotel, however, it is heavily split off from certain canon events & character portrayals. If this vastly different telling of HH is not your cup of tea, then following is not suggested.

This blog is heavily partnered with: @sanctusworn(Clyde). Generally, most interactions are written with each other's characters in mind. My character is auto shipped with Clyde's only & that is defaulted to all verses(unless stated otherwise), so shipping is not available for discussion without the both of us trusting you & being present.

The Mun: Bonnie, a 25+ year old who suffers with ADHD. As such, I tend to make grammar mistakes & mishaps with my writing. If you see such, & it leaves you confused, you may point it out/ask for clarification & I will make the needed corrections. Bonnie is also not religious by nature, so other non-religious folks(& religious ones as well) are welcomed.

I’ve been super brave though and I haven’t cried a single time! I did expand the garden though. Oh! Sera put Heaven on lockdown! I didn’t know that could happen! And Able and Emily made Sir Pentious cry! But he’s got egg boys now! And he was on trial! And Lute was being mean to Able! And the Speaker of God was here! I think Katya and I are best friends now too! And I promise I didn’t let Zephyr get into any more drugs!”

{🔥} - A repeat of all the things she's has read of, at least this way, she can be certain nothing of which she has learned has taken place thus far was a fabrication, most of it anyway. Truly, things get out of hand when the Morningstars are not here, what a sad state.

"You won't have to worry, Willow, Michael & I have taken care of it. You've been very good taking care of our home while we've been out. Thank you." Carefully, Yahbel trails her hand over Willow's head, like an affirming pet. "And I'm glad your making friends, it's good for you to branch out."

“You were gone for a long time! Did you bring back any hunting trophies ?” She assumed they went on some kinda cool hunt .

Between the two of them, she knows Zephyr would handle such information better, but yet, there remained some preference in Yahbel to not speak of the things that stir at the void's beginning & creation's end.

{✞} Of all the things to come back to the Heavenly Host never expected the issue to arise from Hell. Of course they had their issues in the past and still do but a Sinner of all creatures causing such a ruckus? Reform was on the horizon, the man can almost smell it.

Ungloved hands stilled under a fountain of running water, a promise he had made to her while they were gone.

And now more than ever it was certainly needed as he could feel the flames within his wife grow ever so warmer. “Ants pretend they’re mighty until the eater comes to prove them otherwise. I believe it’s time for us to relax, hm?” He takes his hand out of the perfectly tempered water and turns to her. “Come, you’ve more than earned your rest.”

{🔥} - There's that natural burn in the Pyra to try & figure everything out now. Her mind rarely settles when such a issues presents itself, yet, if anyone could loll herself out of such a mindset, it would be her beloved. They've only just returned, & now with the legions within Heaven's kingdom again, perhaps all the heavenly souls can do with some respite. Lord knows that Michael deserves it most of all.

"I... suppose we can speak about it later."

A small tint of gold rests in her cheeks, with Yahbel finding her place beside her husband, hands clasping the much larger ones that were Michael's, bringing those palms to her hair. It has been in that familiar ponytail since they've left, now is most certainly the time to remove it.

“I missed you too!” Willow is immediately snuggling right into her arms, rubbing her cheek against Yahbel’s in a loving gesture before leaning back with a flutter of her wings. “How was your vacation? Where did you go? What did you see? Tell me everything!”

{🔥} - "It wasn't a vacation, dear, it was important business at the edge of creation. Myself, & especially Michael, was very busy." This was a polite way of not directly saying of what was actually happening. Willow did not need to know of that. "But I understand things have been rowdy in our absence. Are you alright? Have you been holding the home down for us?"

{🔥} - "Hello, my little sunshine." There she goes, scooping Willow up into her loving arms. "Oh, how I've missed you!"

{🔥} - The sigh that leaves the Pyra was a heavy one. Exhaustion, despite not truly lacking in energy, the embers of her soul still ever burned, nay, it was brought on by the mental drainage of the pitiful events that took place during their absence from Heaven.

"This is an annoyance at best & dangerous at worst." Not something that needed to be said outloud, most certainly not to her husband, but such was done so anyway. They have questioned the loyalties of others in Heaven before, but not their abilities.

Right now, Yahbel was beginning to do just that.

Trust the traitor would have loved very much loved to have controlled his own— but heaven saw fit to shoot themselves in the foot by forbidding him from doing anything at all.

(Sanctus verse Lucifer is not bound by such a rule, because he's not stupid enough to be put in that kind of deal!)
