New total renovation project in Etterbeek. We start with the proposals.

TINY APARTMENT

This space of 12 square meters with a height of 4 meters, was abandoned because it was part of a larger apartment, but this area became independent seeking to rent it at a lower cost. To make the space habitable, a mezzanine was designed so that it could function as a bedroom and next to the kitchenette it was decided to open an area for laundry, a space that adds value to the final project and the cost of the rent.

BOOKSHELF-DESK

This is the proposal for a bookcase and desk. Due to COVID-19, the client had to move his office home where he did not have an independent space to do so, so the idea is to move it to his favorite room. This is the first proposal made.

2D ANIMATION MUSICAL VIDEO

Creation of an animated video based on the coverage of the first album by the Italian pianist Innocenzo Genna. The drawing on which this animation was based was made by Giuliana Buongiorno, a close friend of the pianist.

TINY APARTMENT

Design for a space of 8 square meters. The program required to design a room to rent to a student, where he could have everything independent of the main house where the small space is located. The height of the space helped me to develop a proposal on 2 levels with the minimum measures for the operation of a room, a study, a bathroom and a kitchenette.

LOUNGE DESIGN - LABOK BUILDING

We closed the interior design for the lounge of an office building. The project had been on standby for a couple of years, now we concluded it under the demands of the clients to place certain personal objects in the area, therefore we continue with a fairly simple atmosphere and warm colors in the furniture to contrast with the coldness of the concrete and the metal roofs of the building.

COVER DESIGN

This cover was designed based on the client's tastes, their love of nightlife and piano music. It was proposed to include the drawing of a woman similar to that of his first album, as if to continue the first story. The design was not approved, because the black cat brings "bad luck", but the client decided to keep it in his collection of drawings. I'm still working on the cover of the new album. I'll share some images soon.

SANTA CATALINA OFFICE

These offices run by 4 brothers with 4 different business areas, were designed as a coworking with two large areas in common for the interaction of the family business in common. The final design is quite playful and corresponds to the versatile personality of the family.

Corporate office design for pharmaceutical company. Some materials solved by customers were incorporated into the design to give a shine that to customers means "cleanliness" something that should represent the pharmaceutical and medical environment in general.

Corporate office design for pharmaceutical company in ParkOffice Building - Lima. In this project, it was necessary to overcome the structure of the building which placed large square section columns in each space to be designed. These columns were covered and used with the design of shelves and minibar for each office.

SAN RAMON OFFICE TEXTILE

This design was made at the request of a large family, a family dedicated to the export of fabrics, especially "cotton". The design had to be entirely white, but it was suggested to customers to personalize everything with an element that represents the family business, for this reason a chipboard that resembled a fabric texture was sought to place in some parts of the furniture to be designed. The result, a simple, delicate office with personality.

FRUIT PACKING CENTER

"Agritourism Collection Center in Sayán", the development of an agro-industrial center with complementary areas for agricultural tourism.

The proximity to the metropolis of a recoverable landscape through access to updated information and tourism, within an agribusiness model that provides profits for the sector. Work models are necessary to motivate and promote the growth of rural areas and include their own inhabitants among the beneficiaries. We must remember that Sayán has a rural and natural heritage that can be used by its inhabitants through agro-industry and tourism.
