hi! apologies if you've been asked this before and i missed it but i want to be absolutely sure - is it ok to make color mods to images made with the picrew? nothing major, just ombre hair/roots, but i totally understand if you'd prefer no mods were made!

it’s fine to modify the picrew results, as long as you give credit to the original picrew as usual.

7/27/19 update, aka the day sang said hetero rights:

eyes are now separated by left and right, so you can add winking variation and the popularly requested heterochromia!

Is the default opening character (the one with the dark hair and cheek band-aid) one of your spectrum squad characters or other ocs? Do they have a name at all?

the character in the preview is oojin, a spectrum squad character! the default character is just her with all the default options (black hair, palest skin, etc)

7/25/19 update:

2 new eye colors have been added (chartreuse + gray)

winking eyestyle has been added

eye wrinkle + crows feet have been added

sweater cardigan has been added

3 styles of gothic lolita dresses (pastel, regular, dark) have been added

2 front hairstyles have been added (spike out, neat side curl)

3 back hairstyles have been added (left + right high ponytails, right small ponytail, medium wavy bob)

sleeveless neck top has been added

ribbon headband has been added

beanie has been added

black versions of the background sparkles have been added

for the sparkles/hearts decals, could you possibly make them black as well? sometimes they sort of disappear if you use a pride flag background with white in it.....

I wanna say thank you SO much for the darker skin tones I’ve Never seen a character creator with this much variation, and it makes me real happy! Also the FACE SHAPES!! The nose options!! Real good and the Different options for curly hair make me go absolutely feral, this is definitely my favourite picrew!

ear shape customization is unfortunately not possible due to how the front hair is drawn.

intersex pride and autism pride has been added

separate side braids have been added (left or right side)

the side hair color can now be separate from the front hair color

front hair is now optional, for bald characters

Ok but i thought i found all the cool stuff last night but tonight i was playing the picrew and realized that hidden among the (incredibly realistically distributed i mean *damn*) freckles were pimples! And they weren't ~~ew gross ugly~~ but they werent romanticized and fancy either. They were just. Normal acne. and as someone whos had real bad acne for upwards of a decade i literally almost cried seeing that so thank u for putting that in there.
