   “So again, I’m really really sorry about spilling coffee all over you. I know that I’ve said that at least 39 times in the last five minutes, but as you can see I’m just horribly upset that I ruined your clothes and burned your chest.”

  Sanggyun, despite usually being pretty good about not ruining people’s days, he had found himself bumping into the other male on his way out of his favorite Starbucks.

  “You can have my shirt,” he muttered as the other continued to wipe off his shirt, “Walking out of here without it is the punishment I deserve. God, I feel stupid.”

   He could have ruined this guys day, he could have ruined his week - ! All because of his dang twitchy fingers. He could always buy the other a new shirt, or a coffee, or anything. Honestly, Sanggyun was ready to empty his pockets to try to make the others day a little better since Sanggyun ruined it.

   Rain was something that Sanggyun had a love hate relationship with. He loved when it rained because of the smell, of how it watered the plants and washed away the bad and started anew. Though, he hated the rain due to how it drenched him, his clothes, his bag, sometimes his homework. It was mid afternoon and classes were over, he didn’t have work but waiting for the bus was a bit upsetting.

   Looking up at the sky, he found himself wondering why he didn’t bring an umbrella, before quickly sighing because he gave it to his sister Miyeon and of course he wouldn’t have his umbrella. At least she was safe from the rain.

   His eyes looked around, before he saw a woman walking in his direction with a umbrella. He debated it for a second, because it was a little invasive and rude, but he needed to get to the bus stop a little down the ways.

   “Uh, Excuse me-” he called out, reaching out to the woman as she walked by, “I know this is incredibly random and rude; but could you please escort me to the bus stop down the road? I don’t want my school work to get too wet and you happen to have an umbrella….I know you should never talk to strangers or ya know, I’m a guy so it’s reprieved as worse… Ugh. I’m not a crazy person I’m just afraid of getting soaked.”

   Sanggyun had just finished his shift at the store, legs throbbing from standing all day in one spot; stiff. He bent his knees as he walked, winching as he heard a ‘pop’ each time. He needed to exercise more, stretch, do something to keep him from feeling so damn sore all the time.

   He turned the corner to his street when he heard something faint come from an alley, faint, like a whimper; of course Sanggyun beelined towards the sound, not wanting to leave anyone or anything in pain. And not to his surprise, he saw a small black puppy curled into a ball. His eyes widened as he kneeled down, there was blood.

     “Hey little guy…shhh, shhh, you okay?”

   his heart literally screamed for the pup, his little leg was bleeding, and he couldn’t only determain he must have been hit with a car or something. Shrugging off his jacket, he carefully set it down on the floor before picking the small thing up gently and setting him down; before again picking him up but wrapped in his jacket. He was careful, careful and scared. The little guy was whimpering so much, he didn’t even flinch when Sanggyun picked him up.

   He needed help.

   Sanggyun made his way towards the main road, calling out to people for help, though  no one bothered look his way. He saw a woman with longer hair, she looked as though she could be famous - but he approached her regardless.

   “Uh, miss - could you help me? I found this little guy and I don’t know what to do. His leg is bleeding and he’s in pain and all the vets gotta be closed this late….” he was sure he himself was closed to to tears; worry and fear weighing on his heart.
