Amazon’s super bowl ad where the Alexa mocks Chris Hemsworth for being worried about giving spy software control over his entire life. Waymo’s ad with the intro “the robots are coming!” mocking people who are rightfully extremely concerned about sharing the road with, or riding in, self-driving cars.

i think a big part of transandrophobia/transmisogyny in the trans community is that the trans people perpetrating it dont usually know other trans people that dont identify like they do. so like trans women who dont know any trans men are very comfortable just making assumptions about us and how our lives are and the way we experience oppression, and then trans guys who see this and dont know any trans women are like "why do trans women hate trans men so much? it looks like most of the perpetrators of transandrophobia are trans women" and like i think both of these things would be solved effectively if yall had friends who are different from you and have different lived experiences. only being friends with people who identify in the same way you do isnt good for you even if you're trans
