no one i actually know uses tumblr so excuse me while i create a diary entry

I have an amazing friend group. I love them all so much.

But…i am no one’s favorite. I’m no one’s “best” friend but i know and see who each person is closest to. And it feels like the people im closest to…don’t feel the same about me.

It hurts watching your best friend pick someone else as their best friend. Especially when you’ve known that person longer.

idk i just wish that for once i was someone’s number one. that i was someone’s best friend. that i could walk into a room and people would be happy to see me, not just the other way around.

and then i leave and go home to my cat and realize that this is it. like not only do i not have a single friend who would pick me first i dont even have a person to come home to. i guess i must be a horrible and unattractive person.
