Yes Rachel Berry, she is one of my best friends from school despite having our differences from time to time. She also was a surrogate for my daughter and i’m eternally thankful.

Well I gave myself secret plans as I run a fashion company. In the fashion world, any plans that are told before a certain time, will no doubt be copied by big and small brands.

Quinn talks about her sometimes so I always wonder how to meet this girl. Oh my gosh she was your surrogate that is so sweet. I love when friends help each other out in that way it’s so intimate for friends. 

Fashion is a hard industry you always have to keep things under wraps. I’ve noticed though that is my favorite thing about fashion. The idea of waiting to see that new trend is exciting.

Sounds like you have a good holiday, I’m glad to hear it. Yes, the new year! We can officially kiss 2017 goodbye. The ball drop sounds amazing in theory but I’m much more inclined to watch from the comfort of my living room with some wine or other drinks. Better yet, somewhere I don’t have to freeze in 3 degree weather.

I really did it was lovely. I hope yours was as well. Oh gosh I am so glad to get rid of 2017 the bar is very low for this year. I spent it at home the idea of the cold just didn’t sit well with me. I’m from a warm place so the cold isn’t the best thing in the world.

Congrats on bracing that cold I couldn’t have done it. I”m so glad you loved it I was a bit nervous explaining things but you all seemed pretty interested. I knew that maybe everyone was more Christmas but Quinn and Frannie let me bring some stuff over. It was really quiet and nice I spent with my roommate Lori. I made her watch the old star wars films and then we drank pink champagne.

I cooked myself dinner and Skyped with my parents in Boston and Carla in Australia. Ridley was so excited that she licked my laptop’s screen. I seriously, need to have it checked.

Lori how many times do I have to help you with your laptop. Thank goodness I can but didn’t you just spill coffee on it? Ridley is such a slobber monster. Well i’m going to be home all week since I have work to catch up on. I’ll look at it once i’m done with a few phone calls.

That does sounds interesting, but I hope it was good as well. It’s always nice to get to share your traditions with others. Mine was pretty good. I spent it with my mom. It still might be nice to get to see the ball drop even though it’s cold. I’m doing well. How are you? Oh and I don’t think we met. I’m Marley Rose. 

It was really nice thanks for asking. Hanging out with family during the holidays is always the best. Even though I can’t be with mine it was nice to be with someones. Plus all of them treated me so much like I was it helped the experience. See I very close to times square but I just never can actually make it down there to see from below. I am doing well at the moment How are you Marley Rose? Oh I love that name!

I’m glad things went well for you. I only know a lot about Hanukkah because of Rachel and Puck to be honest and even then I may forget some other things. Though because there is a big Jewish community in New York, I often get reminded about various holidays and traditions.

I am doing well thanks, planning 2018 things that I can’t reveal until Spring or Summer.

Thank you Kurt and i’m so glad to hear things are going well for you. Oh there is so much to remember..wait did you say Rachel? I have heard about this girl so much but have yet to truly talk to her. That’s the one thing I love about this city all the holidays are known.

Me too it was so lovely meeting your family and Bradley! Somehow even though it’s been two years I haven’t met the Fabray bunch. That was maybe the third time meeting your mother. So really it was nice to see a family celebrate like that. If I can get some of this work I put off then I will let you both know! Thank you for the invite, I swear all I needed was the blonde girls in my life for holidays being eventful.

lazy mornings in december ;Sorri

Under all the sheets an annoying buzzing noise awoke the woman from slumber. Rolling over her hand hit the red button on top of the white analog clock. The warmth was so hard to escape, it was made even worse when the weather outside was below zero. Despite there being so little sun the inside of the apartment was lit up by the reflection off fresh white snow. Opening one eye she let out a yawn which caused Ridley to wake up and run. 

The dog belonged to Lori who was living with Saphira at the moment. A young girl who was in the business of all things entertainment. Both of them met and got along so well it seemed fitting to move in with one another. The apartment the woman had was pretty big and a little lonely so it helped to have someone else around. Ridley began to pace around the bed as Saphira finally rose from the bed. “I heard you girl it’s okay someone is now awake I promise.” 

Getting up she made her way into the bathroom and yawned once more. The mirror showed a clearly tired woman whose hair looked messier than her calendar. Placing the robe from the hook on her freezing body she began to shiver. Hands were now rising and falling to keep the girl warm, shuffling into the kitchen she began to make coffee. The smell began to fill the air and it caused a smile to form. “Lori it’s time to wake up!” Saphira yelled walking into the girls room with two mugs of coffee. “Go get her Ridley! Wake up mommy!”

Well this was an interesting holiday for me. I was able to teach the Fabray family all about Hanukkah then saw a big Christmas celebration. All in all can’t say it was a bad one. Hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday season and now the new year is here! If it wasn’t so cold the ball drop might sound like a good idea. How is everyone doing?
