Can I marry you?
Well I guess this isn’t an opinion this is more of a question right? I um well I guess I would have to get to know you first. This is very sweet but I do love a connection, I know I sorta made this boring sorry.

[Dream - Zane] It's dark, the soft chill darkness of early fall, there's no walls, no floor, just a bridge of lights that looks like glimmering stars, lighting up as he walks over it. There's a feeling of peace, heavy over his mind, drowning out a strange need to move faster, to get some place. A seemingly misplaced anxiety until he looks behind himself and sees that the stars have died, have become black holes, eating the soft chill darkness and leaving behind a burning blankness.

Zane jolted awake. He couldn’t breathe.
His heart was pounding, and a strange feeling of cold static sat on his chest. He tried to get a deep breathe, but it just came out shallow and shaky. He sat up and crawled back against the wall he was sleeping against, hugging his knees and shaking.
He didn’t even know why. The dream wasn’t that bad. In fact, it was kind of pleasant. Until the end, where the stars died and there was an infinite darkness and ever instinct of his told him to run.
“Hm...?”
Zane looked up, only to see a half-awake Libra gazing back at him through half-lidded eyes.
Libra gave him a small wave. “Nightmare again?”
Zane paused, then shook his head. No, it wasn’t a nightmare, just a... weird dream.
Libra shrugged. “Dunno what’s go you all messed up, then.” He held out his palm, and a bushel of leaves grew in his hand. He threw them at Zane.
Zane simply watched as the leaves fell into his lap, and he just gave Libra a look of ‘why.’
“I had an old friend back in Wolsboro, really into herbal remedies and stuff. Said that if you scatter the leaves of an anise plant around your bedroom at night, it’ll protect you from evil influences at night.” Another shrug. “I don’t believe in that stuff, but who knows? It might work for you, Zane.”
Zane was still for a moment before giving Libra a grateful smile.
Libra chuckled softly. “No problem, kid. Now if you excuse me, I’ve got a flower shop to get back to...”
He yawned and sprawled back out on the floor, closing his eyes as he awaited to nod off again.
Zane wiped the anise leaves off of his leap, spreading them out around him. He didn’t believe in evil spirits, but... it wouldn’t hurt to try.
A yawn, and Zane curled back up on the ground.
The rest of his night was dreamless.

hey, didn't you have a komaru blog? and do you still use that blog anymore??
(Aha, yes, I did! I was voicewithouthope on tumblr. I guess I was one of the more popular komarus at the time???
But, that blog’s deleted now. Unfortunately, I kind of had an episode of depression where I wanted to destroy all of my writing, and Komaru’s blog got caught in that crossfire. Plus, I just... couldn’t get back to writing her. I didn’t feel her like I used to.)
