As someone who was relentlessly bullied when I was younger I’m really disappointed to see what’s been going on lately. It’s sick. People who presented themselves as innocent engaging in bullying behind closed doors. Calling out others while shit talking in private chats/groups. It’s so prevalent and widespread and awful and hateful. And suddenly being called out/saying sorry doesn’t erase the damage done to others. This is all so triggering and just depressing.
This is and always will be an antibullying blog and if you want to talk shit about someone over petty grievances then happily unfollow/block me. I’m not a popular blog and never have been but I’ve always made a point to speak on the positive. And I rarely speak out on such issues but as I said, it’s been distressing to see all this.
We should be lifting each other up in fandom. Please keep that in mind.
