Conversation redraw, I guess. Wanted to do some expression and pose practice. More expression then pose, but, lol Really wanted to showcase a transition from confusion and hurt to anger and betrayal and kind of, acceptance I guess. You turned against me first kid, I'm gonna work against you now. Also it doesn't come across at all but Chara's older than Frisk so they're crouching down to their level as they offer allegiance, so they're looking up at Frisk, and after Frisk refuses, they slowly straighten up and stand up as they talk and their face twists with twenty emotions so with the last line, they're looking down at Frisk, not up at them. Kinda symbolic or whatever. It's all way more powerful in my head and shit. That's black goop at the end, not tears and drool. It's kinda supposed to be a flowey face but more disgusting.

eh eventually i’ll stop doodling undertale

self-indulgent soul eater au where chara is a weapon, asriel is a wielder. not entirely decided on frisk, but they’re probably a wielder as well. being either isn’t exclusive to humans or monsters but they p much never pair up with each other and never resonate well, but guess what, chara and asriel resonate well. takes awhile, though.

neither dies to get the other to absorb their soul and go through the barrier, bc that doesn’t...come into play here, i guess. once they’re at a point where they trust each other and their souls resonate well, they go through together, asriel wielding chara. they’re gonna get the souls together, but neither’s prepared and they’re easily overwhelmed. the humans beat them kinda easily and asriel lasts just longer enough that chara that he can bring them back underground before he’s gone too. guessing that you need a wielder and a weapon to just cross through, and attack the barrier with a death scythe to destroy it or whatever. still the same bullshit of who can exit and enter and all.

frisk’s stick isn’t someone else, they aren’t paired up with a weapon, they just picked up a stick off the ground after they fell. flowey’s not a weapon, they’re sitll a wielder. chara’s ghost as per the usual sticks around, and can still act as a weapon for a wielder since they’re still around, cuz, uh, i said so. frisk and chara’s souls resonate rather easily, and in any timeline, frisk wields chara by the end of the ruins. they only use chara for self defense unless it’s a timeline where they’re killing people.

black blood is definitely a factor here too, and chara definitely has it.

Here they are, the hardtale-verse designs! there’s essentially three different timelines for these designs where it’s essentially the same frisk and chara here- frisk is the first human to fall, and chara’s the last. hardtale’s the timeline where frisk actively tries to destroy the barrier, there’s a timeline where frisk doesn’t, and there’s a variation of hardtale where things get...screwy. 

they’re both somewhere in the range of ages that return false’s chara and frisk are. in hardtale, frisk only ever has the bandage and the stick (bandage, not depicted, is on their face, but they also have other bandages on their fingers.) frisk does get the cowboy hat, but never equips it. in the timeline of the three where you actually see chara around, frisk has the stick and the heart locket, and chara has the bandage and the true knife. 

they both have messier hair here. frisk’s hair is longer. one child finds themself clothed in patience, integrity, perseverance. the other, clothed in a corrupted form of humility.

all frisk’s eyes in my timelines are red, and all charas have brown eyes. all charas have red noses and red cheeks.

Still getting over this hellish semester

Insecure child desperate to do anything to help would relate. Just want to do anything, one thing, to help instead of screwing up. You’re stressed and not good enough and next thing you know, oops, taking it out on your face, everyone has to stare at you all scabbed up for a month or two, sorry

Well, you know, there’s more than one way to harm yourself, right? It’s not all about cutting and what not

But it’s not like you deserve any better
