I can't stop thinking about Alicent grabbing Rhaenyra's left arm with her left hand. It's where both their scars are. It's acting, every gesture means something.

Alicent is right-handed and with the way Rhaenyra passed in front of her, she could have used her right hand. Yet, she didn't.

They could have Alicent using the same hand she cut Rhaenyra with. But she pleaded with her weaker hand, the same one Rhaenyra doesn't know she also cut.

I can't read this as a coincidence, it was done on purpose. It was showing Alicent losing her priviledges even more. It was a reminder that they're tied together and they've left their marks on each other.
