Baby boy, I'm going to need you to hold on just a few more weeks, okay? I'm so excited to meet my nephew, but right now is too soon. Can you wait just at least another month? We want a high rate of survival for you, buddy. We keep asking your sister, Sophia, to give you strength and I think so far she has. We miss her every day, and we just keep asking her to please, let us have you. I think we will, and I'm so excited. Look at how cute you are, your perfect little nose. I can't get over it. Every time I hear your heartbeat on the doppler when I go to an appointment with your mom, makes me so happy. You sound so healthy. I just want you to know that we are trying everything. It's just that your mom has this condition where her cervix thins too quickly, and that's how we lost Sophia last year... This time, with you, they caught it early enough to try surgery to reinforce her cervix with a cerclage but her cervix was too weak to do so. So right now, mommy is on complete bed rest, taking it easy so you can have as much time as you can to develop before you enter the world as a premature baby. She's taking progesterone pills to try and strengthen her cervix for you, as well. And we are doing everything we can to help her out. My sweet nephew, I'm just asking that you wait to arrive for another month. Be in that safer zone. I can't wait to hold you, and kiss your sweet forehead and tell you how brave you are. I can't wait to be your Auntie JoJo, just like I am your sisters. Just know you're surrounded by such a strong energy of love already and it just keeps growing, from every family member. Especially your auntie. I love you baby boy. ❤️
