Watch what you say about yourself and others. You’d find it shocking how many times a day you’re subconsciously tearing yourself a part and being so incredibly hard on yourself. Observe the way you talk about yourself; observe that voice in your head. If you are constantly bringing yourself and others down, it’s a miserable feeling on the inside. We want to be happy and have everything we could possibly want, but how will you get there with the way you speak so negatively about yourself. Listen to that voice inside your head, without judgment, observe it- this takes its power away. Once you’re able to just simply let these thoughts pass without attachment, you can have anything.
