I met the infectious Gigi Gray at that Antenna Self Styled shoot we did with Ouigi Theodore of The Brooklyn Circus. She corrected me after we posted this interview.
AND then I met her again at Eun Jean and Andrew's Superbowl party. The one where I was sitting next to Miss Info and didn't realize it.
There was a time where I'd run into her on the train of times a month for a few months there. Just by coincidence. Which is crazy, considering we could've missed each other by a different train or different car. I like to think it was God's way of making my day a little bit better. Because all of the cheesy, she brightens your day by just being around her type of cliches become very true when you meet Gigi. She is infectious. Her smile makes you smile. You just feel better and encouraged and understood, it doesn't matter whether you spend an hour interviewing her between customers at the BKc, or you share an F train ride with her by "coincidence."
