My Favourite Season

After almost two years of living in Germany, I have to come to realise that Autumn is probably my favourite season. It’s not too warm or too cold which is perfect enough to wear some light coats, jackets and your boots. I literally love the Fall fashion, trends and colours.

As a girl coming from a warmer country where we don’t really have Autumn and our leaves dry and wither away differently, I really enjoy seeing the leaves here turn Yellow and Red, I’m still somewhat amazed by how beautiful plants and trees look.

On this particular day I ended up at an Art gallery where an amazing collection was displayed, I really enjoyed it.

Alternative vibes

I might have said this before, I don’t have one particular style, love experimenting and switching looks up. I don’t know which box I’d fit into..probably style explorer and if you’re like me don’t worry, you’re not alone.

This day my look was a little on the bohemian side of style, very alternative to what I’d normally wear but  love how it all turned out...a lovely summer dress with some army boots and a denim jacket dressed with so much ease and comfort.

Fun In Black

This was a hot and windy summer day, despite the heat I felt the need to wear this cute Little Black Dress...who says you can’t wear Black on a hot day? I paired it with these gorgeous Gold metallic shoes and cinched my waist with a belt to make it even more flattering.

I had fun shooting these pictures because a fresh breeze of wind came our way and just cooled me down plus we also stopped somewhere along the way for a nice green smoothie.

Flower Power

I have been such a dress girl lately, still got a number of dresses I’d like to wear before Summer is over...hopefully I’ll get the chance and share some pictures on here.

How pretty is this dress? It’s got everything going on; off the shoulders, so lightweight, bold print of the flowers and so airy. It is really a dress you wear with ease and takes you seconds to get ready and leave the house..my kind of outfit :). I added some simple sandals, a cute small bag and some accessories, which elevated this look and with lots of confidence painted the town flowery lol.

How to Rock a Concert Tee

Am I the only one who doesn’t really go to concerts but really likes concert t-shirts and vests? Hope not!

Probably some people my age wouldn’t want to wear them unless they’d be going to a concert but for me they’re fun and cool shirts. They’re edge,punky and can make you feel so young.

You could wear this with a pair of ankle boots or break the look with a pair of sexy heels for that lady like vibe. I’d throw on a biker jacket if it’s cold but since this day was warm I didn't need one.

Straw Bag & the Yellow Dress

What’s up people!

I’ve become a fan of straw bags, wish I could use them everyday but soon summer will be over, so for now I'm making the most of the ones I currently have.

I like the shape and colour of this one, the little details added to it make it extra pretty and irresistible. It’s a girly bag....might not be everyone’s taste but totally worth giving it a try for a great picnic day or fruit/flower shopping or just when you need a cute bag to style with a dress and flats like I did.

Fresh Summer Dress

I purchased this lovely summery and breezy dress a week ago and couldn’t wait to wear it, more so show it off here on the blog. I love the cutout and the extra detail of the frill added to it.

It’s your perfect feminine dress that you can wear to with flats or sneakers during the daytime and quickly throw on a pair of heels for some night time fun like I did. With the right dress, shoes and attitude a girl can definitely conquer the world.

Trip to Ulm

Hey loves,

hubby and I were in Ulm, recently - we decided to make a spontaneous trip to this lovely city here in the South of Germany. It was my second time there and I and I just love it. There’s lots to see and it being summer time means there’s a lot happening.

I got a thing for churches and Ulm happens to have the tallest church building in the world, imagine how amazing that is ... the church was also under renovations while we were there, but we still managed to enjoy its view! Here are some photos of the Ulm Cathedral, hope you enjoy and maybe pay a visit ... if you haven’t already.

White Mini Dress

Sometimes all you need is a mini White dress, an oversized denim jacket and pair of sandals to get going and you’re all dolled up!

This look has a little bit of everything, some colour co-ordination of a White  dress, bag and shoes which can make an outfit look fresh and vamped up mixed with a denim Jacket; denim jackets are so 90’s and cool. A choker was a great accessory choice...it’s one of my DIY items from some old denim.

Overall I felt sexy and cool with bits of errything!

Lady In Red

Hi loves,

this red dress is such a new favourite of mine - I love everything about it. The colour is so vibrant and empowering, like a little black dress this is my little red dress if that makes any sense ;). I love the style, cutout and the frills that make it look like a wrap dress - it’s so simple yet so feminine.

I’m probably going to wear it to death, especially while it’s still summer. You can wear it to parties, festivals or even dinner, if you don’t have a little red dress what are you waiting for? Grab one for yourself!

Narrow Street

I really like narrow streets maybe it’s because where I come from we don't have many little streets. This day I kept it simple with a banker stripe shirt, which i wore over white jeans and some gold ballet flats.

I was super comfortable and enjoyed strolling through the town in style:).

Blacks N Grey

Hi everyone,

here is a post from the day I wore all black and grey with a touch of wine red - not complaining as I love these colours - and found that they looked chic when simply paired together. The ripped jeans are a cool and playful piece.

This look can also be worn over some white sneakers and still look great. Btw. I really liked my Red hair this time around :). Have an awesome day.

A day in Strasbourg

Bonjour mes amis!

We recently took a short trip to the beautiful city of Strasbourg in France, popularly known for its world-famous Cathedral. It is a lovely and dream-like place, but quite busy since you’ll find a lot of tourists rushing around ... including myself ;)

I had so much fun in this vibrant town, full of French vibes, lovely architecture, music on the streets and more. We managed to snap a few pics of my ootd and the town itself.

Gingham Mini

A little bit of gingham never hurt nobody lol. Gone are the days when Gingham was table cloths and all that jazz. It’s really trendy and seen in all sorts of styles, which I really like.

Check this cute skirt - when I saw this little number on sale, I jumped for joy and purchased it immediately. I don’t say ‘no’ to minis and I will probably wear it over and over again.

Street Style: Hoodie n’ Biker Jacket

Hey loves,

today I have two looks for you from two different shoots: one with an oversized sweatshirt and ankle boots elevating my look and the other with a fitting sweatshirt and sneakers.

What are your favourite street style looks? - I get a lot of fashion inspiration from the streets. Some looks can be too daring, but some are actually wearable like the following. And what's not to love about sweatshirts? ... even better if you can wear them underneath a biker jacket! 

These are both easy styles, I doubt anyone can fail. These are daytime weekend looks when I go shopping or to grab some coffee. I like to experiment and dress down but still look fashionable ... so ladies, avoid the “I was caught off guard look” and try some of these looks in your own style.

Dress & Sneakers

We had one really warm day last month, it was about 25 degrees if I am not mistaken and to be honest I had no idea what to wear, I had been planning so many looks for a warm day and bum I sat there staring at my clothes. My best solution is always to find something simple and not stress myself.

I chose to wear this striped dress, which I had bought a few days earlier. I love the bare shoulders, it also has the right length. As for the shoes, my first choice was a pair of heels but I ended up wearing sneakers, because truth be told they were more comfortable. You can’t go wrong with a pair high-tops over a midi dress ... it is so streetstyle and urban!

By the way, I rocked my natural hair in curls, nothing beats the natural look.

Bold Stripes

Whats up loves!

There are so many trends I have utterly been obsessed with - in my last two posts I mentioned a few - and today is about bold stripes. I am not just talking about the classic black & white stripes but about a bit more of variety. I had seen so many styles and colours, but I decided to find a simple version for myself ... as you might know, I like to keep things simple ;)

I picked a nice, light, soft knit jumper, this one has pretty Spring colours combined and of course can be worn through other seasons as well. It is a good way to add colour into your closet, in case you have not. I wore it over light washed high waist skinnies and boots. I tagged along my favourite Bucket bag and I was good to go! This is a toned down look, not trying too hard but still kinda sexy.
