Ok so. I'm reading cdth for the first time now, and it's going quite well for now (although it's not as good as trc for me) but now. I am at the point where Hennessy tells Ronan about her dream, and the tension is built and her nightmare is described as the worst nightmare ever and then she finally says what her nightmare ist and she calls it lace.

Like.

The Lace? Of all words that could possibly be used to name something, with all the creepy things out there, it is named Lace?

I'm not angry about it I just dont know how to deal with the greatest horror beyond imagination being described like lace
