Second fact: Chester in this universe is not a physical pet, is a spiritual pet that Will adopted due to the fear he developed when he ran away from home (This will be a story for another time, hehe)

Here’s another fact: Will and Jane avoided wearing tight clothes—at least for a long time—because they hated the sensation of the marks on their bodies. The marks feel like scabs against the skin.
Will doesn’t just have the mark on his cheek; it also appears on his legs and back. When activated, the mark on his cheek can travel down to his arms.
In Jane’s case, her marks come from the connection. They serve as a reminder, but they don’t actually affect her. These marks appear on her arms and can spread across her body depending on how much she’s able to use magic.
Jane’s marks glow, unlike Will’s, which remain dark.
Here's another comic. As I said before, this isn't an exact continuation; this part of the comic takes place some time after the first part I published. This is a contextualization of Will's story, and how he experienced it. I'll be uploading more soon; there's a LOT to talk about.
Another facts: Mike is the only one who feels such a strong attachment to Will because curses are something he fears (Holly had a curse but it was removed, it wasn't that complex).Besides, in their small adventures, he's the one who most closely follows their plans.
Will was taken away from his family when he was younger (around age 7, he wasn't sacrificed at that time, each child is prepared to be given to "that thing" and be a suitable candidate, and depending on their quality, that thing gives them a "blessing.") now he is 11 years old.
The reason he doesn't remember his family is due to the same curse; his memories are unreliable, although he is unaware of it. So you can consider Will an "unreliable narrator" hehe.
If everything goes well AND MY DESIRE TO CONTINUE COMICS STILLS THERE, I will return to making sequels or things related to my alternate universe. For now, it was just how they met.

First fact: Will’s mark can be made invisible with magic, but it consumes a lot of energy. (It’s a mark of cursed users.) The mark can spread across his entire body, and it turns completely black when the curse takes control of him. The mark reacts to his emotions—negative emotions are what make him lose control of both himself and his magic.
