Just written myself up this diet and exercise plan for tomorrow until Christmas eve, need to fucking stick to this. I am the fattest fucking thing and I know mum will force me to eat so much on Christmas day and I have no self control so I’ll just binge. I am having a burrito on Thursday which I know is a lot of calories so I will make up for it by trying to do 15 minutes running on the spot as extra. Feel so bad for drinking alcohol fri, sat and sun night but alxcohol numbs everything and I will hopefully have burned off some of the calories. I will try and carry on with a similar diet plan from boxing day, but in the new year I will be working full time during the day so will need to find extra time to exercise. D;
