Spinks Road Granny Flat (at East Corrimal)

Our newest project - ‘Mount Warrigal Renovation’ has kicked off, new cladding to outside of home completed then quickly covered back up to protect the new material from any damage that may occur from the continuing renovation works. New window installation also complete.

This beautiful Granny Flat didn't come without its delays or ‘re-planning’ moments. Access issues were worked around by using a quad bike & custom made trailer to ferry heavy loads, challenging neighbors were taken with good humor and a great relationship between Builder and clients was what got us all through in the end.

We started our building project in 2016 - a granny flat for my mother.

During the whole process, Mick and his team have been outstanding. Any time we had challenges or delays, Mick went “over and above” to move things around and get it done. Whenever there was a problem, he found a solution. We were always kept informed of progress and what we could expect to happen next.

Mick's carpenters, Karl and Robert are highly skilled, polite and punctual. Always hardworking (and very tidy!), they are a cohesive team and a credit to Mick and Nadine.

The building work by Sassall Group is exceptional. The attention to detail is most certainly there and the granny flat looks and feels high quality. As first-timers in the building game, we often relied on the opinion of Mick & Karl when it came to finishes and materials. The end product has been nothing short of amazing and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Does your place need a #facelift #updatedfacade #beforeandafter ? This facade has been modernised using render,paint and some beautiful decking outside the newly extended main bedroom. The extension not only provided more room inside but also created by default two new outdoor seating areas that utilise the winter sun magnificently.
