How far did narinder transition? We know he had top surgery but did he go any father than that?

A considerable source of his dysphoria was caused by the orbs of doom on his chest, so their removal was a huge relief for him and he felt it was enough along with hormone therapy. He considered the idea of bottom surgery, but then realized it was because some people told him he would'nt have been a real man if he still had the anatomy he was born with, not because he wanted to. So he decided to not to do it because he never felt a strong desire to do it.

Some people want to have gender affirming surgery, others don't want to have it at all and that's completely normal!

FINALLY DONE!!! I've been hacking away at this since May. It wasn't easy to come up with four new designs for the Bishops so that they were distinct from their "canon" designs (i.e. their designs as I've depicted them in Shiloh's timeline.)

Much like how in every timeline a Bishop must be chained, it so too seems fated that each God must fall for their Vessel. Some harder and sooner than others, some later and more subdued but no less powerful.
