Yk what more ppl need to talk about: how freaking sad Yao and Ilyukhina’s stories are. They died for NOTHING. They said goodbye to everyone they knew expecting to sacrifice themselves but if they had stayed on Earth, the story wouldn’t be different. They didn’t die helping, they just died. It’s honestly so fucking tragic.

I love TAZ w my whole heart and I don’t wanna be the person who is like “everything is downhill since Balance” but what I have noticed abt Royale is I feel like there are not many super thrilling moments.

Like Balance kicked off so fast with the Magic Brian fight which is silly but so good. And every arc was so intense, and I love Royale but I am not like on the edge of my seat for each arc. The storylines of every campaign is rly good like Ethersea, but I didn’t find each individual story super compelling, and I feel like they’re missing that :/

Amnesty did a good job with it too though, so I’m not sure what changed
