Like/Comment for a starter or want me to reply
(Just like on Pamoon, I'm doing a bit of blog maintenance before I actually start drafting and replying. Thread page is step one since I find it's the only thing that keeps me organized enough to respond. So like/comment or send me an ask if you want a starter or for me to keep our thread alive. Putting in tag since the blog is open to rp with pretty much anyone as long as the content is safe. And, yes, Caira I'm already putting your threads on the page.)
are you unfollowing everyone?
??????? (Did I unfollow someone??? I'm on my phone and as my friends know I screw up a lot on tumblr mobile. I've accidentally unfollowed august like ten times so far)
Dufort paused in unbuttoning his shirt to turn and stare at Kiyo. His eyes trailed down to the newspaper that lay discarded on the floor. He frowned. “Why do you have that thing? You have the answer-talker. There’s no need to waste your time reading that thing.”
He shrugged off his shirt and started taking off his pants. “There’s no point in doing that. I could wait, but it doesn’t really matter when I take a shower.”
Kiyo didn’t even glance away. He was too used to seeing Dufort’s shirtless body by this point.
"Just because I have the answer talker doesn’t mean that I’m going to use it for every little thing. For my unstable ability especially, you know how it’s not a good idea for me to over use it."
He’s played games like this with Dufort before. Despite explaining the rules to his house before numerous times, he knew he would never win. “If you want to play that game, fine.” He stopped fidgeting with the button on his pants and let them drop to the floor like he did with the newspaper. “I’ll shower with you. It’ll save water that way, anyways.”
"You wouldn't be overusing it. You're always finding an excuse not to use the answer talker so using it for anything would be good practice at this point."
"I knew you were going to say that." There was a moment where he would never have been able to see himself standing half naked in the bathroom with Kiyo. Where even his answer talker wouldn't see it because that future couldn't exist yet. And yet here he was all the same, stuck in his own kind of routine with Kiyo. For some reason, Dufort found this more entertaining than his old life ever was. This was one of the few things that he had yet to figure out.
He waited to finish undressing and turned the water on. It would be better to wait until the water heated up anyway.
Dufort ignored Kiyo’s shock immediately. The other boy was always high strung and was so easily worked up that Dufort thought of the reactions as normal. After all, there wasn’t a single thing that he had done in the Takamine household that hadn’t gotten a rise out of Kiyo.
All of the other bathrooms in the house were taken, so what else was he supposed to do? It was already afternoon and Dufort never was one for patience. Really, if he thought about it, this was Kiyo’s fault anyway.
"Your mother told me that if I didn’t take a shower, I wasn’t allowed to eat dinner with your family," he said plainly as he began to unbutton his shirt.
Kiyo waited for a moment when Dufort had his gaze averted to stand up and struggle to try to get his pants back on, dropping the newspaper in the process. With one hand, he flushed the toilet and with the other, he fumbled to button up the button.
While the sounds of the swirling motions of the toilet water filled the room, he snapped, “Would it have killed you to wait for me to be done? Dinner’s not for another five hours!”
Dufort paused in unbuttoning his shirt to turn and stare at Kiyo. His eyes trailed down to the newspaper that lay discarded on the floor. He frowned. "Why do you have that thing? You have the answer-talker. There's no need to waste your time reading that thing."
He shrugged off his shirt and started taking off his pants. "There's no point in doing that. I could wait, but it doesn't really matter when I take a shower."
Wisdom begins when you discover the difference between “That doesn’t make sense” and “I don’t understand.

sherrybelmont started following you
ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT I HAVE THREE BELMONTS FOLLOWING ME RIGHT NOW??? AW HELL NAW IM OUTTA HERE
Sherry walks up to you and your mouth is half-open already, ready to make a biting remark when the words get caught on their way out of your throat and you're almost choking but you don't care because something looks wrong. She looks wrong. The six year-old looks hesitant and uneasy and this can't be the girl who lectures you in confidence and chases you under the sun. She asks something but it sounds more like she's mumbling to herself than asking you. "Do I really not deserve anything I have?"
The initial shock that he first felt is quickly replaced with a feeling of anger, but it's not the boy's usual anger. No, anger, indignation, and hatred are emotions that Zeno is both familiar with and almost fond of. What he feels right now makes the boy feel sick and leaves a cold, acidic taste in his mouth and it has been oh so long since the young prince has felt such a cold, biting anger. Whoever did this to Sherry was worse than filth and he so badly wanted to see them suffer for their crimes. Zeno was all ready to tell Sherry just that and go off on one of his usual tirades when he caught the look in her eyes and stopped himself.
The young boy bit his lip and cautiously looked over his shoulder to make sure that no one was listening before leaning forward, his voice a harsh whisper. "Don't you ever say that again. You deserve everything you have and more and anyone who tells you that you don't can go rot in hell. You're strong enough to reach out and grab whatever you want in life and no one is stupid enough to stand in your way." The boy chuckled, "Well, maybe me, but I'm not stupid."
"I know a lot about English because my tutors taught me, but..." she blushes red in embarrassment, "They never taught me what 'sassy' means. What is it?"—Sherry; lapetitebelmont
"Uh . . ." Zeno's eyes widened and he hesitated as he did his best to figure out what was going on. Was . . . was Sherry blushing? He didn't think she was capable of doing that, or admitting that she didn't know something (even though Zeno knew how stupid she was). Maybe she was sick or something . . . Zeno scowled when he realized how long he had taken to answer her question, and hastened to answer, "Ha, you must be pretty dumb to not know what sassy means! It obviously means that I'm much smarter than you'll ever be." He folded his arms across his chest and smirked.
There are a LOT of stupid questions.
Even if this was a "bow", you shouldn't be mocking it. This piece of cloth is worth more than you'll ever make in your entire lives and it's packed full of magical properties. See this gem? This gem restores my mantle back to top condition whenever I tear the cloth. I know you don't own anything useful like that.
My whole life before the battle was dedicated to becoming stronger and Dufort spent all of those years being treated as a test subject. We didn't really know what else you could do with your time, so we ended up training in our free time. Besides, there was no way I was going to let myself become some weakling and get picked off by a nobody in the battle.
I was just pissed that Zatch was chosen to participate in the battle too.
(Oh, uh .. . I've been too busy to actually get online and reply to things, so ive been making up for it with a bunch of poorly drawn sassy Zeno. Haha totally not because I doodle a lot in class nope. It's fun so I'll probably keep posting these dumb doodles even after I get out of school, but I dunno if ill color them because I'm still busy.)
That wasn't even a word! Don't come back until you have something to say that isn't idiotic, anon.
