There is a distinct difference between caring for someone and carrying someone.
Know the difference.
You are allowed to let people down when they are too heavy.
You are not a bad person because you have limits.

The Ultimate Guide to Potion Bases
We all spend so much time thinking about the correspondences of the actual ingredients that go into our potions that we often forget to think about what the potion base represents! (At least I do.) It would be nice to have a list of all the various liquids that can be used in place of water. Naturally, I canât think of everything but I think this is a pretty good starting point! What else can be used? Eventually, at some point down the road, I will compile all these thoughts into a book on potion making and want to include this! Keep in mind that these are my own correspondences. Let me know if you disagree or if youâd change anything up! Letâs see how big we can make this list. Also, I should probably note that not all of these liquids can be ingested. (Obviously.)
The List
Vinegar: Used for cleansing and purification potions. Lemon Juice: Used in hexing, cursing, or revenge potions. Cranberry Juice: Used in love potions. Apple Juice: Used in healing, knowledge, and youth potions. Ammonia: Used in banishing, cursing, purification, and protection Red Wine: Love potions and potions dealing with death and the afterlife. White Wine: Used in platonic love potions as well as success brews. Rum: Used in potions involving spirit work. Whisky: Another good base for potion work. Vodka: A good base for work involving rapid banishing. Laundry detergent: Good for cleansing potions. Oils: Used to speed up a process. Molasses: Used in potions intended to slow a situation down. Rubbing Alcohol: Another good base for cleansing and purification. Hydrogen Peroxide: Used in healing potions. Milk: Used in potions to promote sleep and peace. Sour Milk: Used to cause nightmares or in potions designed to torment. Orange Juice: For potions of solar importance, healing, success. Soda Water: Used in potions designed to encourage laughter and giddiness. Ginger Ale: Used in health or healing potions. Olive Juice: Used in peace potions. Honey: Used in potions to sweeten up anotherâs disposition. Syrup: Used in abundance and prosperity potions. Beer: Used in potions intended to induce slumber. Clam Juice: Used in aphrodisiacs. Cough Syrup: Used in healing potions and to make someone âcough it up.â Soy Sauce: Used in protection potions. (Thanks Lexa Rosean for this one!) Pineapple Juice: Used in abundance potions and fidelity potions. Coconut Milk: Used in spiritual and magical cleansing potions. Ice: Solid first, then melted for transformation potions. Coffee: Really, a potion in and of itself in my book. Vanilla Extract: In small amounts, used in passion potions. Witch Hazel: Used in communication and cleansing potions.
What else can you all think of?

How To Have A Good Morning - Habits Worth Starting
Wake up early : Running late isnât cool. Wake up at a reasonable hour so that you have time to get ready, eat a healthy breakfast, exersice etc.
Make your bed : You should start your day by doing something productive. Something that ââgets you goingââ . Making your bed is a great option.
Try yoga/meditation : Take some time to reflect and de-stress. You can do this by trying yoga and/or meditation. There are several yoga ââflowsââ in pinterest and great meditation apps to try out!Â
Gratitude Journal : Happiness is about wanting the things that you already have. Take some time of your morning to write down the blessings that youâre grateful for. Learn to count the small wins in life.
Plan / visualize : Write down a simple to-do list with all the tasks that you want to finish that day. Visualize your short or long - term goals. Whether they are monthly or yearly goals. Remind yourself what you are working towards.
Affirmations : It could be just a simple phrase like â I am powerful â or â I am healthyâ. Affirmations are those little (or long) phrases of positivity (like mantras ) in present tense that motivate you throughout the day.
Breakfast : I MUST include this to the list.Make yourself a nice breakfast. Donât have to be big just something healthy. It is the most important meal of the day. Donât skip it!!Â
Take care of yourself : Do your hair, put on some comfy clothes that make you confident or out on makeup if you feel like it. Other acts of selfcare can be : taking a shower, having a skincare routine, brushing your teeth.Â

How to get better sleep.
I have lots of difficulty sleeping so I like to do a lil bit of self care during my various restless nights.
Make some warm milk or soothing tea. (I prefer to heat up milk on the stove and add in lavender, honey, and vanilla)
Listen to ambient noise. (Rain, piano, lofi, or whatever else you find relaxing)
Find bedding that is the comfiest to you. (Silk bed sheets/pillow case and a huge puffy blanket is my preference)
Light a calming candle if you have one available. Incense works too. (My favorite scents are of the floral variety, rose in particular)
Manage whatever youâre stressing over, otherwise it will definitely keep you up. (My schoolwork stresses me out so I make a to-do list to feel like I have my shit together)
Read something in bed! While I generally prefer to watch tv instead of read, it can actually cause you to stay awake. (Iâm currently reading âThe Bell Jarâ but anything works, including comics and manga)
Find little things that relieve pain or make your sleeping experience more pleasant! (I have an electric heating pad I sleep on top of)
Thatâs all for now! I have more ideas but these are the ones that came to mind first. Hope this helps fix ya fucked up sleep schedule!
I need this so bad right now!!! đ
