          the idea was to follow zero, not freak out when he turned around and bring elizabeth and herself straight into a thorn bush. the plan was pretty simple up until they got to the destination, only they didn’t even arrive at the location before kumiko messed it up and made it complicated.

          whispering, she scrambled out as fast as she could without getting too many scratches. the plan was to make sure zero didn’t engage in a fight he wasn’t prepared for. sure, kumiko was denied to come along and to not get involved with any of this vampire stuff, but she couldn’t stop being curious and invested with this new world she was exposed to. she wanted to learn...to help...and most of all, she wanted to make sure her new friends were okay. she wasn’t a skilled fighter or anything, but she was willing to do whatever means necessary to protect the people.

She can do a little good and help her protect herself in the future from creeps like the boy she’d shoo’d away.
