I’m gonna put this gif on a flash drive entitled “Do not opened until I am deceased” and when people ask me what’s on it all I’m going to say is. “On this flashdrive is what I hope future technology can engrave onto my headstone. If I cannot have it, then I can’t rest in peace” and so my future son, who will love me very much, is going to be so determined to get whatever is on that damn flash drive, whatever it may be, onto my gravestone so his beloved mother can rest in peace. Several years later I will be lying on my death bed and my son will take my hand and look me in the eyes and through his tears he will tell me
“Mother, I did it. I was able to finally invent the technology to put images on headstones. Just for you. I love you” his voice will break, he’ll barely be able to contain himself and I will smile weakly (wanting to reach out and pat his hair, but I am far too weak) and reply “Thank you, Makoto. I love you very much” and die.
Then the day has come. My family all gathers around my grave. The prayer has been said and the ceremony is almost at a close. My son approaches my headstone and kneels before it. His breath hitches as he slides the drive into the port on the headstone.
The screen flashes for second but then boom. This is the gif that shows on screen. His eyes widen, the rest of my family is very confused, but after a moment his eyes soften. My son will lift a hand to wipe away a tear and as he lowers his head no one else can hear him faintly whisper “You’re a gross fucking weeaboo, ma”
