THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVE ANIME SCENES

After Sasuke and Naruto fight and get knocked out, they both think theyre dead. And Naruto is sad because he promised Tsunade he’d become Hokage before he dies

but sasuke doesnt seem to care about his own death. All he cares about is naruto’s reaction, watching and listening to naruto intently

And he looks to the Hokage mountain, surprised, as he hears naruto lamenting about not becoming hokage. Perhaps he regrets taking naruto’s dream from him

Then Naruto remembers and freaks out about the Infinite Tsukuyomi

And sasuke smiles at naruto’s kindness, how even in death he cares about the world. Even in death naruto makes sasuke smile

Sasuke calms down Naruto by telling him Kakashi and Sakura are still there to take care of the world. The scene really makes you realize sasuke never felt any ties to the world. Hes not gonna see his teammates again or anyone else in the world and he doesnt care. The only thing he looks back on is how the world mistreated him and Naruto. Theres no expression of sadness for letting go of the world, unlike naruto.

Sasuke finally shows emotion when naruto’s arm begins to hurt, looking concerned

and then he freaks out as naruto suddenly disappears

anyway the only person left in the world that sasuke truly loved and cared about was naruto so if hes with naruto in death, he’s fine.

Sasuke's more like todoroki anyway ?? in my opinion.

Hmmm, yeah I do see where there’s similarities, but they’re still different. Todoroki is more ‘calm’ in a way. Sasuke’s main goal for the majority of the series of fueled by hate/revenge, Todoroki’s goal isn’t (in my opinion) overall, I consider them to be two different characters :D

Anti post

One thing I hate about SS is that the Sasuke that they (the shippers) want is completely OOC. He would never be the cutesy dad or the adoring, doting husband. He’d probably, in an ideal situation, would be the same but present, less reserved than Fugaku in his praise. Like a quiet love that you know instantly.

Basically the thought of calling someone his “waifu” would make him ill. Kawaii little peanut is the extent of his pet names

Thinking out loud

I wonder if the reason that Sasuke doesn’t really teach Sarada about the Uchiha clan is because he’s the last Uchiha.

He was young when his family died and had to learn his power on his own or from second hand sources (like scrolls and Kakashi) he doesn’t know how to teach Sarada to be a proper Uchiha. He learned in his own way and when he could. Sure he could do the fireball jutsu but it seems more like the Uchiha isn’t just a name or a family, it’s a lifestyle.

His purpose after his family died was killing Itachi, he accomplished that and then theres a couple more rogue Uchiha and they were killed too. So Sasuke was officially completely alone and had to accept that. After Itachi died Sasuke never mentioned restoring the clan. Now here comes Sarada (who genetically wasn’t guaranteed a sharingan) and that whole mess with him “travelling” and what not. Suddenly she has a sharingan and no one to teach her. Maybe Kakashi helped a bit or maybe Sasuke helped or he left her to learn on her own. He did teach her fireball jutsu, that’s how far he and his own father had gotten.

Maybe he wants his Uchiha clan to die with him. The sharingan probably will be phased out within a generation or two. Maybe he wants Sarada to be a new Uchiha clan, to let her define the Uchiha name on her own terms and with her own power.
