âI spent last night watching The Academy Awards, ready to see Moonlight and La La Land winning as many Oscars as possible and honestly I feel so sorry for Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway because clearly it wasnât their fault since the envelopes got mixed up. It was awful to watch the whole La La Land cast getting on stage ready to accept the Oscar for Best Picture and then see them get told it was a mistake and the Oscar belongs to Moonlight. They both would have deserved it.â
âDear god, it was awful! I felt so bad for them, I was cringing so much. At least Moonlight was given the award though, right? I think the La La Land cast took it pretty well.â

âSHIT. You caught me. I thought you were out for the day. Itâs justâŠyour bed is SO much more comfier than mine.â
âI mean... My bed is pretty comfy.â Savanna said. âJust--next time just ask first, yeah?!â She raised her eyebrows. "I'm Savanna. Feels pretty weird to have to introduce you after finding you in my bed, but here we are."
There is a new projectâŠand itâs a scaryâŠmaybe⊠a..film projectâŠ
#Iâm just gonna ignore the context of this scene
âYou truly are an angel in disguiseâ he teased and smirked. Looking at her, he shrugged. âYou should have just said; Because Iâm hot as fuck. But fair enoughâ he said.
âYa think?â Savanna grinned. âWouldnât you think of me as vain then, though?â She asked. âBut hey; you really think Iâm hot as fuck?â
âWell, in those shoes I donât blame you if you never wanted to move ever againâ he giggled. âOkayâ he nodded and ordered her one.
âTheyâre a prety big pain to walk in, but theyâre gorgeous.â Savanna admitted with a chuckle. âThank you darling.â
âDamn it, you got meâ Joey teased with a chuckle, ordering them both a vodka and coke. âWell, Iâll warn you. Your favourite guy in the world may have had one too many drinks.â
âKnew it. It was so obvious.â Savanna laughed, nodding to him as a thank you when he ordered the drinks. âI mean, if we get wasted, we get wasted,â She said. âIt could be fun. Weâll just have to deal with it tomorrow.â

Tyson sat alone at the bar, he just joined and didnât know many people here. âHmm. maybe you should be the one offering me a drink. I was the one that was lookinâ lonely.â
âWell, you got me there.â Savanna chuckled. âWhat do ya want?â She asked him, a warm smile on her face. âWait... we havenât met before, right?â

âLonely?â Joey asked, looking at the familiar face. âSure thing, what do you fancy?â
âYes, lonely. Were you just sad because I wasnât here?â She chuckled. âI donât know, Iâll have anything. I wanna talk to my favourite guy in the world.â She teased.
âIâm always down for some companyâ he said and nodded. âHmm.. do you like martinis?â he asked.
âIâm glad, since I donât intend to move.â She laughed. âIâd love a martini.â

âLonely isnât exactly the word I would use to describe meâ he said as he looked at the gorgeous girl. âAnd why would I do that?â he asked, a smirk forming on his lips.
âHm. Not anymore, now that Iâm here.â She chuckled. âUhh, because Iâm great and you canât resist? She joked.

âNot lonely but just observingâ he said and smiled back. âYeah sure, what do you want?â he asked and tilted his head.
âWell you have my company now anyway.â Savanna said with a smile. âSurprise me.â
Crossing her legs over each other as she sat on the bar stool, she looked at the person in the seat beside her with a smile. âYou look lonely,â She began. âWilling to offer me a drink?â
This is more amazing than I imagined.Â
