đ Book review: âSomething I truly enjoyed about this book is the simplicity and the variety of stories which are all focusing in one subject; mental illness. Itâs amazing to see how this book connects each story to one another and to the reader. It provides a direct insight of living with mental illness and tips on how to overcome some disorders. If you feel lost, or if you want to help a friend or family member then this is the book for you.â Carelyn
âI am lonely, yet not everybody will do. I donât know why, some people fill the gaps but other people emphasize my loneliness.â

literally every skin and hair care professional in the world: hot showers are really damaging!!!
me, stepping out of the shower into a bathroom filled floor to ceiling with steam, my skin glowing neon pink after iâve scrubbed every inch of my body raw under boiling water: Interesting!
the whole idea of âstay in school!!!!â is great and all but hard to hear when youâre someone who couldnât stay in school
so hereâs a post for every person whoâs had to drop out of school. whether it was do to illness or money or just because you didnât want to be there, youâre no less of a person for dropping out. you own your own life, and youâre just as important as people who were able to graduateÂ
âThe line âIâll see you on the dark side of the moonâ is me speaking to the listener, saying, âI know you have these bad feelings and impulses because I do too, and one of the ways I can make direct contact with you is to share with you the fact that I feel bad sometimes.ââ

Reminder
Itâs okay to start feeling better on a day youâve called out sick.
You might be in a cycle of guilt, telling yourself it obviously wasnât that bad if youâre doing better. That you could have gone in after all. That you were blowing it out of proportion.
No. Stop.
If youâre feeling better, itâs not because you made the wrong choice. Itâs because you stayed home and rested.
Thatâs what the sick day is for. That means itâs working.
I know I donât say this enough but thanks for following me. it means a lot.
