savika was born a second child, in her mother's second marriage. she's always known she wasn't the favorite daughter. she could never be as good as her step-sister and her mother wasn't afraid to remind her of it. but she did share a close bond with her father.
savika's heart broke in pieces when she was fourteen and her father passed away. he was the one who always stood up for her and loved her the way a parent was supposed to. and she was angry when not even a year later her mother re-married again. savika, in her anger, tried to find ways to break up their marriage but not even three years into her third marriage her mother lost another husband.
his family, and people around including her own children, grew suspicious of the bad luck that seemed to follow her mother. three seemingly healthy men all gone from a heart attack. the pd opened a case against her mother and in the spawn of few months they found out their deaths weren't accidents at all.
with her mother in jail, savika couldn't bare to live another minute in the big house haunted by memories and moved in fog gates. preferring to share an apartment with a then stranger than staying in the lawan residence.

she hasn't learned when to give up on people. *cough* she still visits her mother in jail even though their conversations backfire on savika. she hasn't told anyone that she still sees her.
she's still a perfectionist and loses herself to get everything done to the smallest detail.
although her mother tried to put a wall between savika and anya, the girls found a way around it and to their mother's disappointment love and support each other.
she won't admit this, especially not to her sister, but she's always been jealous of her - for their mother's love, for her chance to study and get out of nightrest - something savika dreamed of, but never did herself.

say you'll remember me - young and innocent love, the two of them became an item in high school. one way or another they found a way to mend her broken heart and brought the smile back on her face. however when they met her mother and step-father things went sideways and her life at home became a living hell until she let them go.
the less i give the more i get back - she didn't mean to use them, but she wanted more than anything to forget "say you'll remember me" and they felt like the right person for it. endless plot possibilities here.
