Monday I start my journey to a better mental heath. Seeing a doctor and a therapist. Anger, depression, self loathing, bipolar tendencies, hatred, guilt, pain.... I hope I can say good bye to all of you.

Guilt. A strange feeling... I know it all to well. I can't seem to bring myself to face all the pain I've caused... the pain I've endured... Why did my heart get so tainted... I wish I could go back in time and made right with my life... it all got so screwed up... I've lost almost all my friends... I barley have anyone to talk to... why do people hate me so much...

Listening to the high way... looking at the stars... My stomach tightens... I want to say I'm sorry and make things better... but I know nothing will be the way I want it to be...

The fall, Gosh even the air smells different. Walking into HEB seeing all the pumpkins, wishing you could afford pumpkinspiced lates haha

The past few nights I've had so many nightmares, all the same yet all different... My eyes are bleeding, I can't see, I'm screaming... I can't find anyone to help me.
