i'm probably revealing the size of my ego with this answer, but i've always found cruel intentions to be a fun choice. a story about a smart, handsome, rich kid named sebastian? feeds right into my main character syndrome.

Your take about the judges sexualities being the reason you guys haven't won a nation title is truly... something, alright. And the casual misogyny to go along with it? Nice. Tell me, do the girls know you think their only talent is to show a little thigh? If you need the audience to want to sleep with you in order to win, maybe the performance wasn’t as airtight as you think. I understand you're need to rationalise your losses, so tell you what, we can have a little sing off of our own. We can find the most flamboyant gays around, and I'd still smoke you.
The difference is, when a quarterback shines, the team rallies. They're only as good as the next player. When Blaine shines, you might pretend you're happy for him, but we both know you're biting your tongue and hoping no one calls you out for your bittness. The truth is, Blaine doesn't need a team, his voice stands alone. Which is why he might go on and have a successful career in the future and you'll be telling a bunch of random strangers about the good old college days, and the boy you used to know. You wouldn't know much about that though, so I understand your confusion.
You keep saying you're more than your looks and then show nothing to back up your claims. Talking about yourself like a captivating novel, which is cute, if a little optimistic. You’re more like an airport paperback. Flashy cover and decent enough for the flight, but ultimately forgettable once the trip's over. You say I'm exhausting and yet, you continue to talk to me. I understand though. If all I had going for me was my looks, I'd find the company of others more tolerable than my own too.
